Hey guys...did you recognize "Nora" the restaurant owner. She played aunt Nora in the original Jumanji. This is how her life turned out not raising her niece & nephew. Cool huh.

50:50 - Have you noticed that she's the aunt of the 2 kids from the original movie? There's a theory about the villain in this movie being another player in real life (comes from the fact that they manage to see his stats) which should be explored in the sequel. We'll see if a sequel will be made.

I think the reason why Bethany was not taken at the start was because her life was pretty good at that moment in time. If you look at everyone that was taken it seems like they all had some kind of issue that needed to be dealt with and Jumanji targets those people to play as you pointed out in the past videos yourself :)

Jack Black's Acting in this is just off the charts. Also the woman who runs the restaurant. . .that's the Aunt from the original Jumanji.

Honestly, the person who most impressed me in this movie was Aquafina. Her ability to be both Spencer AND Danny Davito was amazing.

The woman at the end of the movie (50:48) is Bebe Neuwirth, she is back from the first movie (original Jumanji with Robin Williams). If you remember her, she was the aunt of the kids.

I'd be happy to see a version where, somehow, the four friends get sucked into the game and MEET their avatars like they're real people - That for Bethany to adore the real Shelly Oberon alone would be worth watching for all Jack Black's reactions. Spencer speaking to Dr. Bravestone could be sweet too, depending on how it's handled.

I like how in this film Fridge becomes more of a helper and friend in both real life and the game whereas in the first film he was the angsty one who was freaking out.

Something fascinating, that I hope comes up whenever the next movie comes out, is the fact that Jorgun the Brutal was played by a person in the real world, not just a boss NPC. It's not mentioned in the movie, but in some tweet or post online.

James being more vocal and expressive and Ninetailedbrush being more calm yet fun and interesting is such a good balance! It's actually quite wholesome to watch and I can't get enough. This movie and the last one are my go-to comfort movies. They're just so genuinely fun and unabashedly quirky, so I go back to them time and time again because of that. Absolutely adore both Bethany and Martha, I wish we were shown more of their friendship in this film

Danny Glover is one of my favorite actors, and I didn't think Hart would be able to pull it off - but he DID! He played a great impression of Glover!

i love how they incorporated an old character (aunt nora from the original movie) into the third movie as the owner of the new resturant. the clue was in the name, nora's.

Y'all need to round out the movies and watch the spin off, Zathura: A Space Adventure.(technically the 2nd in the series) Not as popular or good as Jumanji, but it's the Sci-Fi take on it. Also if you want to watch more DeVito, try Twins.

This movie has some plot points that are questionable and didn’t went in-depth such as Spencer feeling out in real world and intentionally going back in game to escape reality but it was side casted just with him and Martha talking out instead with all the friends. However it’s a great surface level fun movie that shouldn’t be coincide to have a in-depth plot like the first movie. They did well with Milo’s character at the end although I feel the grandpa was too hard on him for majority of the movie just cause he chose his life according to his own will. Holy freaking! I never realised that’s Aunt Nora from the original Jumanji until this reaction. That ending was such a cliffhanger and gave me original Jumanji vibes and anticipation. Also please react to Zathura, although it’s not directly related to Jumanji but it still is considered a spin-off. Also for some fun adventure fantasy movies like this I’d recommend Journey to the Centre of the World, Journey to Mysterious Island, Ella Enchanted, Mirror Mirror, Nanny McPhee, 13 going on 30, The Water Horse, Stuart Little, Ink Heart.

Guys, the bad guy is the same actor that played ‘The Hound’ in Game of Thrones. He’s a very very tall man. If you want to watch an absolutely spectacular and brutal fight bring up the Hound vs Brienne of Tarth. Best tv fight I’ve ever seen

fun fact the rock revealed after this movie came out on instagram that the bad guy jergon is a player in the game and not an NPC so if we do get a sequal to this i hope we see who jergon was

Fridge's desert weakness didn't really go anywhere since he didn't even combust as soon as he landed in the desert. I like that it shows that the game has been damaged so the magic has gone haywire. I like that Milo was friends with Carl from the original film. Also, If they decided to reveal that the villain was a player character in the film, that could've given Spencer an excuse to become Dr. Bravestone again. Instead of him fixing up the game, he would've discovered that the game was fixed by someone else and he felt he should save that person from being trapped like Alex was. He may also feel reluctant to tell the others in order to spare them from risking their lives, or he would've thought that they wouldn't find him in time to go into the game together.

The amazing world building for futurr sequels is that there can be more playable characters and that only players have the stat card and jurgen had one, meaning jurgen was actually a player not an npc. There might be more than one jumanji console and they are networked with each ofher (kinda like in HunterXHunter with Greed Island)

The new owner of the Cafe is Aunt Nora from the first movie, I guess since she didn’t had to move to take care of her nephew and nice because their parents didn’t die, she stayed on this town

I really love how the characters go into the game, instead of game itself coming into the real world. It's very different from the movie original Jumanji.

The actor who played the main bad guy is also the Hound in game of thrones, so yes he is definitely that tall and god I love how soothingly terrifying his voice and presence is! He's such a great actor!

In addition to the three Jumanji films, you need to watch Zathura - it is a sidequel that came out long before the two sequels. It features a different set of kids getting mixed up with a different game - a space adventure! Amazing visuals and a totally different character dynamic. I also recommend you check out the books Jumanji and Zathura by Chris van Allsburg - the illustrations are amazing.

I think each iteration of Jumanji is a level in a much larger game and we still have not gotten to the point where a surviving person understands that.

This sequel is sooo much fun. Everyone is very talented and have a great acting range. Rock does an amazing danny devito and Kevin hart is a pretty good danny glover.

I appreciated a lot this movie. The actors were on fire! But I have two small complains: - I actually didn't like and didn't find too much well gelled together the return back of Alex. I mean, it was cool that Bethany asked him to help her, but I really don't think he was useful and really interesting to the story. - Me too, I found Spencer's motivation a little weak. But most of all I didn't find the character's arcs well defined as the previous one. Except for Eddie and Milo of course. For Spencer it would be good be the girl, than be Bravestone then RETURN BACK in the girl who was looking like him and save everything. Like, he could learn how to be brave and strong and confident even if in a normal, allergic body. I feel that this time they had just little to learn and change about themselves.

I hadn't really watched this one until now, though did see the first 2. This one was better than I expected. I was surprised that Colin Hanks' (Son of Tom) character was willing to go back and help them. It still makes me LOL that a Jonas Bros. was acting in these.🙊 And was awesome to see- Awkafina in this, she's too funny! I loved her in Raya and the Last Dragon and Crazy Rich Asians. 😊

I think Jumanji is a good guy.... I mean the game... I think it's not bad... 3 movies... 11 captives in 16 individual plays... the only life lost in all 3 movies was Milo and he chose to stay after a win... The game see's what you are struggling with and helps you better yourself... The Parish kid was a victim in his own life... He let the world happen to him and had no idea how to deal with it... then the game gives him a life crash course in taking your destiny into your own hands and he grew... the time reset literally erased all other damage... (Sarah: I didn't see an issue with her, she seemed okay for a teen but the game messed her up... but then fixed it by the end.. so I think she was a passenger on Allen's lesson... (and then the time reset gave 2 players the ability to save the parents of the other 2, thus preventing the trauma they dealt with... 2nd movie is easier, all 5 players had easy movie flaws to deal with: the first kid was not explored much but it seems like he's going through that rebel phase, maybe pushing away family and wasting life... this is speculation... but then the 4 Main characters all had huge hang-ups that the game helped smooth out... Spencer: Fear, Bethany: vanity, Fridge: pride/sloth, and Martha: Confidence/Esteem... 3rd movie was mainly for Spencer and the grand parents- the rest of the players were in the Sarah Whittle seat of support... Milo was dying, Eddie was still frozen in life and bitter, and Spencer now fighting his own issues with confidence and Esteem.... ~I think the game pulls it's punches and won't truly kill you unless you let it... ~In movie 2, a mosquito weakness is survivable for 20 years then suddenly becomes a problem??? The game knew Bethany still needed a lesson in selflessness and had no doubt she would save him. (if the pilot was actually having family or connection issues, this might be a lesson for him too, a push to connect with people.) ~Movie 3 - Spencer wanted Bravestone again and the game said no to that crutch... it randomly grabbed Milo and Eddie but missed Bethany, It saw a problem or 2 needed fixing and made it's decision... ~Movie 3: The game seems to rush everyone to 1 life in this movie but then the real danger kind of ignores them...(This is what made me think Jumanji is a good guy... it gets you in "over your head" then teaches you a lesson and lets you go...) Jumanji is like a supernatural, board game, entity of Jigsaw... Just Saying...

Still waiting for them to see the scream franchise.

This is such a great movie. I love the feel of an actual video game throughout this movie (makes me want to start playing again). Also I looked it up and earlier this year it was announced that there will be another Jumanji (I think it's called The Final Level) and it is currently in the early stages of development, no release date yet.

You are incorrect in your numbering of the movie. Jumanji: The Next Level is the second of the rebooted series, but FOURTH in the franchise. Zathura is the actual sequel to the original Robin Williams Jumanji.

It's pretty uncomfortable seeing Kevin Hart going through all this violent slapstick, as very shortly after filming wrapped he was in a terrible car accident and is very lucky he can still walk.

It's not called "Jumanji 3" guys. This is not a real trilogy. These last two movies are just comedic spin-offs. They just used the franchise to bring people to the theaters. (and it worked.)

I truly see the original jumanji as a standalone movie and the 2 new ones as a seperate franchise that’s more like a very developed fan fiction loosely based as a sequel to the original, regardless of how good the two sequels are perceived.
