I especially want to highlight katelyn's courage and personality. Wow, she is an excellent athlete and she managed to overcome these obstacles that for men like them, tall and strong, is much easier than for her. Congratulations katelyn. I admire you a lot.

Katelyn was killing it and I would love to see how she would do when she was still competing. I used to want to be a gymnast when I was younger and would love to just meet and maybe see how I could do in a race against her.

@@allenamarie4174 Make sure you know what job you want to do and research what you’re getting into before you sign that contract! Good luck! I was a crew chief for drones for six years and it was a blast but I wish I knew beforehand what exactly each job entailed.
"There's a mat gymnast and bar gymnast" LOL that made my day thank you so much. P.s. Were required to train on all four events as a gymnast (bars, beam, floor, and vault ) so unfortunately were an "all gymnast". :)

I do enjoy your videos. I remember my Father telling me when he was in the Army Air Corp, they used to run the obstacle course just for fun. I don’t know if he was blowing smoke or not. I remember that story. And they also used to race their cars on the runways. Idk

sarah made that girl sound like superman flying through the course even she fell on her back like 2 times. She said wow she’s really good at those bunny hops that is the easiest thing in the course
really need to get there but of course everything look small and easy but I know I'm gonna need some more exercises and some more breath you know but this is all easy lol one day we'll meet there aye... anyway thanks again Sarah and Austen for posting more interesting video so that I learned from..

Pretty sure she doesn't use her feet much because when lots of gymnasts do the rope climb for conditioning, they have to hold their legs straight out in front of them XD Just a habit I noticed
Physics / momentum play a huge part. As does familiarity with the task ahead. Clear differentials between Male and Female anatomy, strength, speed etc. And in this instance, height. If you want to run a true comparison of ‘respective’ men/ women skills then fix an obstacle course which accounts for a differential in 2 ft. Real world, we all have obstacles to climb, women are dexterous, strong and fast. Men are biologically stronger, taller. Mistake was made when Austin doesn’t intervene when Katelyn nearly breaks her neck on a fall. Yes. It is inappropriate not to be a man. Nb. Somebody feed the fkin dogs!

Even the dogs called you out on "I wouldn't say killing it". :) Also, for standard runs, is the hopping across the close beams a thing you could do, or do you need to touch the ground between each?

not sure about #1 but you will not be able to have anyone boost you up at bootcamp. if you can’t get over the obstacle then you can’t get over it. you’ll probably get yelled at for a second then move on to the next one. i believe you can fail a maximum of 2 obstacles before you get recycled
No you cannot do what she did at 5:30. The courses are meant to test and train your physical abilities not cleverness. It’s meant for you to jump over those logs and very time to build your strength.
