I haven't had a stuffed crust that I liked yet.. I've had a salted pretzel crust and that was really good. I don't need gimmicks though, just use good dough, don't burn it or under cook it and it is fine.
sometimes I intentionally eat the crust before finishing the rest of the slice.. because if I start feeling full, then I don't have to force myself to pack in a hunk of bread in order to finish the slice, that part is already done.. the thinner parts with toppings is easier to eat when you're not really hungry anymore.
MarioB and Nicole you two together need to share a good Hungry Howie's Pizza with garlic herb crust or maybe a Marco's Pizza with parmesean, romano and garlic butter crust; y'all are gonna love the flavor! And ofc nothing beats a stuffed crust pizza !
I eat the crust depending on what crust type I get and what pizza joint I get it from. Sometimes I eat the crust even if I don’t like the pizza joint I got it from if I’m hungry enough. So it just varies for me.
I agree, it's not the best part, but I eat it. I can't stand to leave a bunch of pizza crusts behind.. that is just wasteful. I won't eat someone else's leftover crusts though.. I just won't eat pizza with them again :)
