Today I'm reacting to one of my favourite soloists Kim Sejeong and her incredible new releases from new album Door: Top or Cliff, Voyage and Indigo Promise! All three serve completely different vibes, and Sejeong is a master at delivering said vibes to PERFECTION. Her voice is EVERYTHING, and I am hooked on everything Sejeong is doing here. WOW! 😍👑

Thank you for loving Sejeong. Agree with you completely how it is criminal that her immense talent is so overlooked and underappreciated 😢 Couple of points abt her MVs 1. The same set of keys appear in both MVs - Cliff and Voyage 2. There is a split second in Cliff where she is seen fighting herself 3. She mentioned she was inspired by the movie Black Swan when writing Top or Cliff

I've copied the analysis from Reddit below - credit to AsianFeminist Dad 1. In "Top or Cliff," she begins by mentioning that she is locked up, and later, she grabs a set of keys before going on her rampage. 2. At one point, the butler that she is struggling with, in hand-to-hand combat, turns into herself. 3. In "Voyage," she steps through the door of a magical wardrobe, somewhat like the story "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe." Going through this door, she finds great delight with a community of joyful people who share much in common with her. 4. Near the end of "Voyage," the little girl who awakened her now hands her a set of keys, and Sejeong steps back, through the door of the wardrobe, into her own world. Yet it was not simply a dream; she is still holding the set of keys. 5. The name of the album is "Door," and the two album versions that have been released are subtitled "Lock" (theme colors black and red) and "Key" (theme colors white and blue). In sum: The MVs for "Top or Cliff" and "Voyage" show both sides of life's journey of healing and growth. On the one hand is the ruthlessness with which we must fight against the lies we have believed that have imprisoned our souls and turned us into our own worst enemies. On the other hand is the hope that we can find with a community of people that understand us, care about us, and point us in the direction of freedom.

Kim Sejeong is nicknamed god Sejeong for a valid reason. She wrote all the songs in this album and co-composed 9 of them. Her mind is as stunning and captivating as her visuals. And her vocals, unparalleled. Love her. 🔥❤️🌬

Shes literally one of the most popular and biggest kdrama stars right now but her as a singer is underrated mainly because Jellyfish doesnt promote her properly. They didnt even use ads in her music videos and the views are also divided because it was also uploaded on 1theK.

She is so much of a IU fan girl, that once when she was in an interview talking about her own new release... IU came up in conversation and she ended up talking about IU instead of her Own music. And was just on IU's Palette. [IU's Palette🎨] SEJEONG's heart is on a 'Voyage' to IU (With KIM SEJEONG) Ep.23 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DFvKDNgbPrc.html Kim Sejeong co-wrote the music and lyrics for all of the songs on Her album "Door"

Re "I need to see this performed live!" (the high note in "Voyage"), she does it in IU's youtube show "IU's Palette" Ep.23. Also, Sejeong's whole appearance on that show is iconic, since she's such a fangirl of IU. When IU sings one of Sejeong's songs, Sejeong loses it.
