I was code blue, no vitals, two days after a horrific car accident at age 19. When I woke up after a 10 day coma I could recall the sounds of being revived, people yelling, myself feeling super confused and panicked... simply, it was chaos. but the only image I recalled was my little brother crouched down by a wall, crying. He was 12 at the time, I later learned he never left my side in the hospital and was actually in the room when I flat lined. He was crouched in a corner with his eyes covered as they worked to bring me back. My mom had just left to get coffee, and came rushing in right after I had been stabilized to find him that way. Point is, idk what happens when you die, but my experience was confusing and kind of heartbreaking. After all was said and done, though, it did make me happier and more grateful to be here! ❤

I am not religious either. As a kid my grandfather had a really bad heart attack. We all said our goodbyes and somehow after a few minutes his heart was able to be restarted. I asked him what he saw and his response was nothing just darkness. As a kid this scared me and left me with more questions then answers. Overtime Ive realized how peaceful it was for him. No pain, no sadness, just nothing. How peaceful

As far back as ancient Egypt, it was possible to rent a professional mourner to cry and moan at your funeral. They put on a dramatic show so people know you'll be missed. Even now, in parts of the world, if you fork over a little extra cash, a hired mourner will even hurl themselves into your grave

I think what people 'see' when they have a near-death experience does not actually happen when they die, but just before or after, as you have no sense of time. It's your body's way of keeping you calm and your brain attempting to deal with the situation as best it can.

"Hydra" is a stage of life in some organisms, generally cnidarians, such as jellyfishes and the like. They begin as hydra, attached to a surface, then mature into a "medusa," the free-floating fauna you're used to. A few can then revert to hydra again, to start the process over. However, these jellies tend to be eaten at an alarming rate, such that, while they may be "biologically immortal," they rarely live to be more that a few years old

It's interesting to see calories connected to longevity. It's one of more quoted benefits of fasting, something I've been doing for over a year, and something that's been picking up in popularity for health. I just like to compare it with the "work hard, play hard" saying. Fast hard, feast hard. Although I'm guilty of sticking fasting on my identity, much like how some stereotypes about vegans are, to some of my friends' surprise, I actually do eat plentifully when I do eat.

Science has studied NDE's a lot, and we know a lot about how the brain works under certain circumstances. First, we know that the brain can still sustain electrical activity for about 6 minutes after the heart and lungs stop working. When blood is not flowing through the brain, oxygen depletes, and carbon dioxide builds up, symptoms of hallucination are directly correlated to this condition. Therefore when your heart stops, you have a very high probability of experiencing some form of hallucination. And given that a person's philosophies, and beliefs, are stored in their brains, their hallucinations frequently correlate to what they believed, during life. Additionally, as the brain is dying, to conserve energy, and keep itself alive for as long as possible, it abandons all other functions, like consciousness, for example. Another of the brain's job duties is managing the storage of all hormones in the body. As the brain abandons these functions, the body experiences a full scale dump of hormones--things like Dopamine, Acetylcholine, and pretty much everything else. The rush of these hormones flooding the body is likely what produces the feeling described as an overwhelming sense of peace, and happiness. Probably also what gives guys an erection, at time of death.

For the overeating part, I think it's specifically overeating for YOU. What I mean by this is, everyone is different. If you have 2 people of the same height, weight, gender and age, that doesn't necessarily mean that if one person eats 3000 calories and 1 person eats 2000 calories then the person who eats 2000 calories is more healthy. Everyone has a different metabolism and metabolism is effected by many things. For instance, if you exercise a lot, have a genetically higher metabolism, or an overactive thyroid, then height, weight, age and gender being the same doesn't result in needing the same caloric needs. For instance, I have hyperthyroidism, exercise 7 days a week, and eat 6000 calories every day, but I probably under eat. I know this because I am 5.9, male, 20, and only weight 140 lbs. My body fat percentage is between 6 and 7 but my muscle percentage is like 22 or 23. This would suggest that for my overall statistics I slightly under eat. I also have lower blood pressure, lower sodium levels, higher energy levels, less need to sleep, and a lower resting body temperature. Despite my genetic conditions, the fact that I eat 2-3 people worth of food in 1 day, I would consider myself very healthy, and I have had no preexisting health conditions of even a minor sort, nor do I currently have any, and I don't expect to have any in the future. In conclusion, I only believe the overeating accelerates aging when YOU overeat relative to your needs which are just beyond height, weight, age, and gender. Let me know in the comments section if anyone else agrees, has any information to add, or disagrees with my statement.
@tristanthealien3249
@tristanthealien3249 3 года назад
Also fun fact, I am probably a super sleeper, I consistently get between 4-6 hours a day every week and I don't feel tired, I sleep very well consistently, I have lots of energy during almost all times in the day consistently, and I have no health complications of any sort relating to or not of sleeping less than people suggest.

What would really be cool is being able to do a road trip for maybe a year in Europe and driving from country to country the way that we in the USA can Go state to state. When the virus came down it changed a lot of stuff so I'm talking about a virus free world in Europe. Not only do they have such a rich and long history but then you go to another country and not only the entire country but areas within the country are so distinct with culture , tradition, folklore, recipes, dress-attire And I could keep going On and on because they history is so long compared to the USA unless we go to rectly to our indigenous people but unfortunately, You guys correct me if I'm wrong on this, The indigenous or native Americans of particularly what is now the USA had no riding on large scales so it was more oral history. Again if I'm wrong on that please let me know yes they did have writing a 1000 years ago and what is now the USA but I'm pretty sure it was or roll lessons passed down. So that's the oldest history we're gonna find in our country or countries of North America central and South America. Straight from the natives and they get it from oral history for the most part until obvious writing came around. But Europe has such a long history in every little section is so distinct and corporally very proud of those distinctions. Don't know if it's true but some people say the European Union is going to slowly erode the unique And distinct histories and traits of Europeans. A conspiracy thirst will say that is the plan so that everyone can feel connected we need to assimilate. There are conspiracy theories outdated say just that with the European Union. He would be a travesty for any continent to lose all that and I'm going to see something that people of Glenna really take and the wrong way and say I'm a racist when they don't even know what race I am or Races I am. The urine PM people on physical appearance are by far the most distinct on Earth. I've had people come at me and see but the eye color in the hair color are actual mutations from the environment in that so finding good if you believe that or don't believe that but if the end of the day the European people are still the most physically to steenth people on Earth by far. I have Brown eyes and dark hair in the majority of people on Earth have this hair color and eye color. Skin color is Will always be distinct from person to person and from continent to continent. Europeans are the most physically distinct of any other people on Earth. I'm gonna get heat because it sounds like I'm racist but I can't be racist in this situation because of not saying anything negative and nothing that's not true. You're not going to find large areas in the millions of people in other continents their range from having Olive complected skin like Baltic and some said learned European mediterranean people and at other areas of Europe you have predominantly these people that have this nordic look with light hair and light eyes. Other parts of the continent you have people with red hair or Auburn shaded air calculating in the millions. Physically Europeans are by far the most diverse appearing people and I think everyone knows this is just for some reason it sounds politically . If someone could please give me an example of another entire continent the has the physical diversity of Europe then please do cause I love to learn. So the receive a mention these things is because and talking about how cool it would be going from country to country in Europe and even within those countries how distinct the people are in appearance along with everything I mentioned above and Much more. Hopefully this doesn't become some kind of a race thing because I'm just giving factual information about people of Europe being esthetically the most diverse by far in to the millions. The only reason I even brought that up was because talking about going from country to country and running across all these different people that have all these different distinct qualities and these also applied to their physical appearances. I had a buddy said spent some time in Spain out of school and before he went into the real world to get a job. He would tell me the even just in Spain that you could go from one area to another area and you'd see people that obviously we're descended from and add mixture of many different areas geographically. To talk about people having blonde hair and blue eyes in parts of Spain And in other areas you're going to have people with dark hair and dark eyes and may be Olive complected skin and this is just based on they history we know that included much assimilation and this is what I love about the whole idea of going across Europe because there is so much freaking the versatile coming from everywhere. You don't get a chance I don't think to drive from country to country so easily on other continents as you can in Europe since they became this European Union. Even if I just take the British isles and as an ignorant American concerning them so I'm going to say just Ireland Wales Scotland and England but I know that smutch more in depth. Those people have so many distinct Histories and that's just in one area of Europe so I can only imagine driving all over Europe and just running into all these different core choose that were affected by for example the Romans in areas Checklist of aki and Romania and Georgia and it just goes on because you can even tell by the surnames that they are definitely descendants to a degree of ancient Roman Superiority through war. That's the one thing about the European Union once again that I the hope doesn't come to fruition because it would be degenerating to the people of Europe. If they all want people of Europe to assimilate and have babies together so they become more alike which in their mind causes less war Earth factions would be a bag thing and I don't buy into this hole because we have common ancestors there's going to be less war because we're not as diverse. Just look at parts of history and you'll see that Europeans and even the Rwandan war in Africa was Nothing more than just criminating against the tribes and their history. So else the European Union is hoping that 1 day all Europeans are going to look very much alike and act very much alike which means less war or maybe even little or no war then they've lost their brains. I know this is long and I realize I am using speech to checks because English is my 2nd language and you sure wouldn't want me to type this stuff and expect Creek spelling even with auto complete. I'm just very passionate about world history and I'm very passionate about wanting to visit this huge continent of Europe with all these histories that I could hear from different people and possibly create something out of that 1 day as I get older. I understand I can go to the Middle East or I could go to India or could go to Africa or wherever on the map and find all these distinct traditions and the things I mentioned above in reference to Europe but there's a big difference. A European Union apparently during a virus free time will literally let you just drive from country to country like Americans drive from state to state. I don't think I can do that in the Middle East without problems. I don't think I can do that in Africa or anywhere else on Earth without running into hurdles. From what I understand in Europe it's not a big deal to drive from country to country once again just as we take for granted in the USA

I'm surprised that Lemmino did not finish his NDE studies; or do them more thoroughly as he seems to usually do for his videos. So there very certainly ARE various examples of many people having been completely brain dead - OR - having had their brains completely shut off and "dead" due to surgery, who come back with a Near Death Experience. Just do studies right here on RU-vid with Near Death experiences and you will find out from those people themselves or even their doctors, what occurred. I know the documentary series by L. A. Marzulli called "The Watchers" in video 5 had a medical doctor who had documented over 1500 NDE's among his and his colleagues work. And I'm pretty sure a number of those NDE's were complete brian death's too. There is an excellent Documentary called the "Search for Heaven" that documents how Quantum Mechanics appears to be able to prove the existence of the soul. These things are rather important to look into since - well - we all eventually will die. And if you do have a choice of where you go when you die, might as well find out how to have a very good afterlife!

Hanging a man limits blood flow to areas below his neck. The blood not going to the brain has to somewhere.

Some modern psychologists believe that Dead from Mayhem might have had Cotard Syndrome. They draw this conclusion based on his "note". "I'm not a human, this is just a dream and soon I will awake." etc

Random thought about death. When you die, like say the age of 80 and there is an afterlife, do you appear as an 80 year old? Cause I don't want to look old in the afterlife lol.

Just think, if you don't believe, you don't have to worry about going to hell and burning for ever and ever.

You die, are buried and a tree or grass becomes what you once were and then animals eat the grass or the leaves and what was You and then the plant, becomes part of the animal, hence the circle of life.

Luka you are pretty young. When you're older or are given a prognosis of only having, say 5 years left to live, yeah you start thinking about a lot of things.. Though I wouldn't spend money on renting a mourner personally.
