Fred seeing you react to this era of music is so cool. You can see in your eyes how much you connect with that time in your life. Its also so interesting watching you reflect on tbs songs. This may be too personal of a topic for you (but maybe not). I think a ton of us would love to know what ultimately lead to your decision to leave the band, and if looking back now if there was any regret in that decision. I dont know how close you are with any of the guys anymore. But one of my dreams would be to see everything come full circle now that everyone is older, and for you to rejoin the band. Even if it was for a short run of shows. I would pay anything to see a tbs supergroup on stage together. Glad for all these videos Fred!

I recently fell in love with The Black Parade, as it's a great album to listen to while doing my janitor job. I saw them in early 2000 (maybe) when they were touring the midwest (Michigan, specifically) in support of their 1st album. I remember the vibe they put off, seeing them at the Local 432 in Flint Mi - at the time, that dark, mysterious vampire vibe was fresh. There was a lot of unique bands on the scene in the beginning of the millennium...all the way through the late 2000s. So many bands that never pressed an album, too.

I can’t believe i just found this channel! Fred, you are the coolest dude. I met you 100 years ago in Clinton, MA where BP played with Orange Island. My friends and I started a band after that show. And I still have my Breaking Pangea shirt!

So awesome! I love to see when people from way back then are still checking in. Thanks for writing! Hope to do another tour someday in the future

i would appreciate if you could include "Funeral For A Friend - Juneau" or "Escape Artist never Die" they are my all time fav and the first record "casually dressed and deep in conversation" is maybe the best record i've ever herd

I have another suggestion: Motion City Soundtrack- either “The Future Freaks Me Out” or “Everything Is Alright”

I started watching this b4 work at 9am. Got home almost at 11pm and finished watching the rest. Seeing AVA & TBS at the end was so awesome!! I really look forward to the next video! XD

@31:25 - did we notice the fancier guitar at the end? Hell yeah we did! In fact, I found your YT video about your equipment setup because I wanted to know more about the sound. Using the volume peddle to go clean to distorted was brilliant (as in "Liar")... and having the presence set to zero on the head only made sense considering how awesome the band's overall presence was on stage. 😁

I'm ready for the screamo version of this series. Love your reactions man, but the stories you tell about each band is even better. 🤟

You’re So Last Summer and Cute Without the E are hands down their best two..need to include Straylight Run Existentialism on Prom Night, anything from Brand New Deja Entendu, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus Don’t You Fake It album..

That would actually be really cool to hear Fred’s recollection of his early days in tbs and his time during the TAYF era, including filming You’re So Last Summer. Also his thoughts on Straylight Run, Brand New, and the culture of the scene in terms of beef between bands back then.

Vindicated takes me back. I was a huge Spider-Man fan when I was nine years old. I received the soundtrack as a Christmas gift and it quickly became my favorite CD I ever owned. I listened to it everyday. That CD got me into all the music I listen to now.

You watching the Black Parade video brought me back to seeing MCR and TBS on the 2007 Projekt Revolution tour in Camden. That was one of my first live music experiences and I'll never forget it.

1st thing you should totally try to be in the next emo is not dead video lol but 2nd thing, seriously, you're a legend in my book and I'm so happy that I found your channel! Every video is amazing and your stories about how you know other artists are awesome. My heart goes out to you dude, you lived our dreams and are humble enough to take us along for the ride and give us the insight to the scene that we've all been wanting. I can't speak for anyone but myself, but thank you for being a real chill dude and doing all of this!
