You can buy the wooden bed from IKEA, they are quite big but looks cool. I also have the hanging hay holder and I found it in a garden shop and it was originally made for birds as a fat ball holder. Love your channel!

Mom to six rats here! You mentioned that you'd had trouble with a rat and Carefresh bedding. I wanted to jump in to say that paper bedding in general is not recommended for rats because it is often dusty and has zero ammonia control. Respiratory issues can arise from both of those factors. Kiln-dried pine or aspen is most recommended. Most commonly people use shavings, but I prefer horse stall pellets because they're easier to clean up, they don't clog my vacuum, and they crumble when wet so it's easy to spot clean. Probably you should switch to a wood bedding for ammonia and dust control. Just make sure you NEVER use cedar as it is toxic, and if you're using pine it has to be kiln-dried for the same reason. There's oils in the wood that will cause severe respiratory distress. Aspen is always safe because it doesn't contain those fragrant oils. Also, Carefresh often has scented bedding, and the scents are toxic to rats for the same reason cedar is toxic. Rats just have super delicate respiratory systems, and you have to be very careful with them. Good luck and I hope your rat is feeling better! I know how scary it can be when they're sick, one of my babies is still recovering from an ear infection.

Hi! I'm Mara with the many guinea pigs :)) The stalked cages aren't hard to clean at all. It's realy easy to access the bottom cage, just the same as the top cage. I'm glad you like my cages! In the meantime I officialy became a rescue and changed my cages. Maybe I will send another email of the new cages LOL

I find using the rewashable potty pads to be Lifesavers especially using them in their hay kitchen area. It's roughly about $35 for a three pack at Petco but they are amazing.

I am 13 and I also do babysitting and yard work to pay for my guinea pigs. I have three females but one of them is in another cage because she is really aggressive and the other guinea pigs. I did put their cages next to each other tho. I am currently waiting for their bigger cage to arrive soon from the mail

I bought that exact tunnel and at first, and at first I really liked it. But the. I noticed that my boys were nibbling and eating it! I ended up throwing it away and getting a grass/straw tunnel that I put in the cage for a few days at a time!

Disclaimer: I don’t want to target anyone and I am commenting this for the pigs well-being and not to hurt anyone’s feelings. The hay ball that was in the last cage has been know to cause issues. If you look up guinea pigs head stuck in hay ball then a ball just like that one will come up and there is a piggy trapped in it. The hay balls are unsafe and for your pigs safety I really recommend to just take it out. It is much better to just have hay in a pile. ❤️

I’m not sure if you have done this but could you maybe you could do a edition where you react to hermit crab enclosures because I have seen your hermit crab videos so after you finish this series this could be a good idea no pressure though also want to mention your pets are absolutely adorable and I love your videos✨

I own birds, don't worry they have the proper care. My friend has 2 Guinea Pigs, they are in a pen, with some hay, a water bottle, and 2 plastic igloo houses. I'm not an expert in the, but I know that their care isn't the best. But I recently rescued an abused and neglected cockatiel so I don't have the space and the money. Love the videos btw💕

just a heads up me teacher has a guinea pig the guinea pigs name is ginger and she had one of those hanging ball hay holders and the ginger gor her head stuck in it and my teacher had to cut the wire to get her head out
