Reacting To New Genshin Impact Character (Arlecchino) 

Yes daddy Arlecchino is a Girl, the kids in her orphanage call her “father” because she doesn’t wanna be called “mother”. She doesn’t wanna be called “mother” because it relates to the old Mother (the girl with red hair she fought) she doesn’t wanna be anything like her old mother as she was 2 faced bitxh, who pretends to be good but in reality does bad stuff to the other kids, especially her own blood related daughter who Arlecchino killed. (Young Red haired girl that was always with Arlecchino.)😘 Also “mother” held this contest where all the orphans compete in a battle royale where they have to off each other, and they can’t turn down an order from mother.😬 Then as you can see, she got imprisoned because she killed “mother” who WAS a fatui harbinger, but the Cryo archon (the god of a specific nation who I can’t spell) was like “nah this girl can be useful, don’t imprison her and make her a harbinger.” As the old man in that drippy coat was basically saying.🥶 Then after she becomes a harbinger, she becomes head of the orphanage, and makes the kids call her “father” and since she don’t wanna be like her old “mother” who pretend to be nice. She decides to be a “strict, and unfeeling farther”. As long as you follow her orders and be a good kid then you’ll get rewarded, but if you don’t she doesn’t beat you, she scolds you. But deep down in that edge lord personality and no expression face, she really cares for her children☺️ (If you’re a major lore nerd, then tell me if I missed something or got something wrong)

She is fire user, and use polearm as weapon, when kids she used sword as all kids in the house of the hearth do, thats why in animeted short you see she used sword but in demo she using polearm... the fire of her is abit different compare to other fire user characters because she have some sort of curse, something like smoke or lava but still she possessed a pyro vision, vision is a things that give them elemental power

House of the Hearth is technically an orphanage! Under the previous owner who all the children has to call "Mother" (the lady at 8:47, a Harbinger of the Fatui), the children had to fight each other to the death to become "King" (or Mother's successor), that's why you see bloodied bandages, syringes and other medical supplies in the animation. In the later part, Peruere (Arlecchino's real name; 'Arlecchino' is a title too) had to fight her best friend Clervie (7:57), but it is implied that Clervie may have stabbed herself on Peruere's blade, because maybe Peruere didn't want to fight her-- because there could only be one 'King'. After Peruere kills "Mother", she was recruited by the Fatui to replace her. In the end, Peruere takes on the title of "Arlecchino" and took over the remaining (?) House of the Hearth while also recruiting orphans. Compared to being a "Mother" that looks kind and caring on the outside but subjects the children into brutal fighting and experimentation,---- Arlecchino chose to be called "Father", who is outwardly strict and unfeeling, but rewards them properly and treats them generously so long as they follow the rules and orders. They are still child soldiers though and does missions, but they are trained properly and given tasks well suited to their skills. Awesome reaction to all the Arlecchino related videos! She is such a badass character. Respected and feared, and beautifully haunting. Also her spear weapon does turn into a scythe when she fights, but ONLY if she's the one using it! Any other weapons on her, the scythe doesnt show up (just a silhoutte of it, but not too visible), and nobody else can change the weapon into a scythe. Her themes of the red moon and shadowy figures are tied to her lore but it's very deep and almost world-breaking. There are new characters next patch, so I look forward to your reaction on them later too! ^^

She's already one of the strongest character in the game, along with Neuvillette, Alhaitham, & Navia.
