REACTING to our FIRST Vlog (5 years later) 

Please don't change!!!!! I think I've been watching y'all for about 4 years and have so appreciated your modesty, realness, and exhortation to Christian living. Yours is the only channel I will allow my children to watch unsupervised and we all love it. Thank you for not using YT advertising to support your channel as sooooo many others do. YT is so corrupt and we hardly watch anything on it except church events and your channel. I just love the homey, down to earth topics...my kids love to see what your kids are doing.....schooling or biking or cooking. We've watched other RU-vidrs change a lot....get real professional or just put on a show and we hope you never do that. It seems as tho once people go public with their families they start laying aside the principles and godly standards they started with and it's been so discouraging to watch. That's why I implore you to not change. Grow in Christ, yes, and always be learning new things, but don't give up your commitment to simple, plain Christian living. We need you sooooo much to show an example of pure, wholesome, family living.

Sister Lindsay is such a peaceful soul, a delightful person to watch! May God continue to bless you abundantly , Kirkland family .

Oh my goodness! I remember this one! As soon as I subbed in year 2, I went back to get to know y'all better. This one is why I've been so dedicated to knowing we're not alone in our faith walk. OMGosh that was Samuel West who is on the new version of the BBC/OBS series All Creatures Great and Small. RU-vid has some of the wonderful original series. It's about a country veterinarian James Wight, pen name James Herriot in Yorkshire, England, during the late 1930s and 1940's who wrote the books of the same name. Really LOVE seeing videos of how far people have come in the Christian walk. Not only do you Challenge, encourage and inspire which are 100% Biblical, but in doing so many of us who follow you are striving to do the same in our daily walk. As a widow I cannot stress enough the importance of telling ones spouse, children, family, friends how much they are appreciated and needed. All to often we assume they know. And if there is one lesson the Lord has shown this past year with so many people unable to see family and friends it is the importance of not taking people for granted. Gotta LOVE Lego's too!

We just found your music & tiny notes this year. I feel your first video was a success. I've been asking the Lord what I can do to reach out to others so this was an encouragement to me. I moved in with friend & prayer partner, helen to help with heather, disabled granddaughter she has raised. Heather is your biggest fan of music! She loves it! I received your soap today Lindsey & it is divine! I took Helen to dr today & one of his recommendations to help her legs was change her soap & he gave her a couple of brands. But helen will be trying your soap! I tried on my face tonight & loved, loved it, wow! We love your family, songs, & vlogs! You are an encouragement & inspiration!

Bracken you seemed so natural on your first vlog, it felt like a documentary. Great teachings and I love what you said about not having an exact formula for how we live out loving God and loving people. I always felt like I was missing the formula! That actor is Samuel West!!! I recognized his face as soon as I saw him! I know him from the 1989 adaptation of C.S. Lewis' Prince Caspian and the Voyage of the Dawn Treader. He played King Caspian. He's a great actor. What a small world! :-)
