George and Lucy, try to pass by C-5 Highway sometime. This can help you to get to the Balara Filter Plant and drive inside UP Diliman and Ateneo de Manila University campuses (once the COVID quarantine is over). There are lots of coffee shops and restaurants along Katipunan Avenue and in the Timog Avenue and Tomas Morato Avenue areas. For a longer drive, go to the La Mesa Dam Eco-Park first, then on the way back, go through the back streets to the Tandang Sora Shrine and the Himlayang Pilipino Memorial Park that has lots of statues of Filipino heroes. On the way back you can park at the Quezon Circle and check out its pedestrian underpasses as well as go inside the Quezon Memorial and Mausoleum where our second President is buried.
When in Quezon City: visit SM north Edsa Mall , the largest Mall in Quezon City, beside SM is another huge multi storey mall called Trinoma. Those malls has a wide variety of coffee shops, entertainment center, food court and places to shop until you drop.
I agree with you guys on why it's hard to go to QC coming from the South. 😂 It's traffic especially on EDSA, but C5 is a much faster route. QC is just too big unlike Makati or BGC hahaha it's like 3 or 4 makati cities. 😂 But if you have time to tour around more, I suggest you to check out Tomas Morato Avenue. It's a long and wide street full of restaurants, bars, and whatever establishment there is haha.
Please do visit and promote La Mesa Eco Park! We need more parks like these instead of malls frankly! If you happen to go to Manila, visit Arroceros Forest Park and Paco Park as well!
It's nice to see you in different location, Quezon City has many great places to offer, btw that's huge highway (Commonwealth) is consider to be one of the killer highway in the world.

Try Tomas Morato area. There is plenty of food places there. Livestock in Mother Ignacia St., all things delicious meat. Kanto Freestyle, a good breakfast place. You can also visit Vertis North and Trinoma. They are not as big and fancy as BGC or Greenbelt but they are still fun to go to and eat out with people in.
Also you've got to got to try 24 Chicken. They are an absolutely delightful mouthwatering boneless korean fried chicken. I think there is one in Glorietta available through grabfood delivery. Try their yangnyeom chicken!!!
The next time you go to Quezon City or whenever you get the chance, check out the variety of good restaurants in Timog Avenue, Tomas Morato Avenue and other nearby areas for an array of dining places.
You should try to go to Cubao Expo @ Cubao, Quezon City. It's a nice place to chill and as well as the 3D museum if you're a fan of arts its just near to each other. Keep safe and enjoy. 😊
you guys should try exploring Maginhawa Street, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, Try the Restaurant Van Gogh is Bipolar, you could also visit La Mesa EcoPark in Fairview, you can also visit Eastwoood Mall, it's best to go here at night as there are alot of decent bars here / acoustic bars
If you in the area try to visit the university of the Philippines, it nice to run around the field there, Its very greenery there and so relaxing. There is a spot as well there to eat, near in the house of alumni
Yup! I wait for better weather; then the sun finally comes out, Yes, I get the car washed! And guess what happens next? It rains! I got nothing against rain, because I just love it! It's the part after it rains, that gets you. That refreshingly spray of water; the spray one gets after trailing a car or a truck or along highways, where it's most noticeable? Cool, yeah! Until one realizes it's actually a mix of road grime or dirt. If you would look at the face of your watch on your wrist, that brown film? If you ever go to Capitol Commons which is located in Pasig City. Like 10-15 mins away from BGC if there is no traffic. You may visit cool restaurants in Barangay Kapitolyo there's a lot there! And very near to SM Megamall and Shangri-la Hotel Shaw boulevard. Hope to see you soon!
Wow you passed commonwealth thats the wide road. Its near my place. Alternative road from the fort is take C5 then you go up katipunan Ave and then commonwealth. Less traffic. Best time is morning around 9am when everyone is in there office already. But you have to be back on the road going back home by 3pm to avoid traffic. Or weekends.
