Each letter from the group name represents a member, "Q" is Chodan, the first membem batterist/leader/Sub-Vocalist of the group, "W" is Magenta tha bassist, "E" is Hina the guitrrist and "R" is Siyeon is the Vocalist/Sub-Guitarrist, all of then have different backgrounds, their channel has a mini documentary on how the group was formed and it is very entertaining.

songs aren't self produced 100%. they have a producer and i'm pretty sure the instruments were not recorded by the members. the only one who is skilled enough to record at a professional level is their drummer 쵸단 since she was actually a music major with drums. and the vocals are by them of course. their guitarists are only roughly 6 months old, their bassist has never learned any instruments before while the guitarist's main instrument is the piano. for a band with such young musicians, they're actually improving at a tremendous rate being able to play and sing live in front of big crowds. so far they have two live stages (lolfest 2023 and wonderlivet agf stages) both are up on their channel 타마고 프로덕션.

I don't really think there is a pronunciation of QWER, it's just the name for the keyboard layout, it's not really a name - they have a korean name. Two of them are well known twitch streamers (Chodan and Magenta), Hina is mainly a tiktok'er and last but not least Lee Siyeon was the first Korean member of 48-group in Japan and is a great vocalist, frankly I think she was essential for them to be a success. Their sound is not really K-POP but mainly J-POP/J-ROCK oriented. You can see the casting on their official channel if you haven't already, there is also sub titles.
