When he said you don't need a 5-gal drum for glass cleaning, you should've mentioned the contract you've got to do the windows on the Empire State Building.
i Love when you say that. The first time I heard you say "you buy the best that you can with the budget you have" so awesome and wholesome. I started small and didn't know i could do things differently.
I already had my pickup truck. I use a dewalt toughsystem 2.0 to haul my stuff around in. I use the bottom container for hose, extension cords and larger items. I use another for my nice microfiber towels and mitts (Rag Company) for nicer vehicles and another with normal microfiber and terry towels and applicators, a small case with brushes and vacuum attachments and an open top container with chemicals, pump sprayers and foam cannons. I always pre mix and fill before leaving. I grab this system which has built in dolly, my pressure washer, vacuum steamer and creeper seat and good to go. Eventually will get a nice extractor, compressor and generator. I also want a cordless pressure washer like the Worx as I could connect it to some distilled water for the final rinse. This is just a part time gig for me though.
Since I'm turning this into a series, I'll change the style up several times. But remember, this is a reaction video. I can't just play the entire video on my channel as that may not be fair-use
13:21 yea same 😂 cuz that was a lil oDee to me and I’m super OCD.. if your moving quick busting cars down it’s really not time to sit there with measuring cups you don’t even need to mix that many chemicals like you said in the beginning. I feel that will lead to burnout just like a lot of other Overcompensating things with detailing will. You measure out your 10-1 3-1 whatever your APC is a few times and use it and after a while you should know exactly where the line sits at that gives you that perfect solution, get unique with it not everything has to be by the book
Whatever u do works 4 me ive always watched all your videos beginning till end and always learn way more than what category's is listed your my go to detailing guy i feel your a very good instructor-person who gives out everything u learned and know wow ive seen u grow like a tree keep up the very important tips knowledge and tricks gonna start my detailing business soon learned alot from u im all the way on the east coast would love to work with u for about 1 to 2 weeks this way i can learn the best way instead of trial and error keep up the wonderful content brother please if u decide on getting rid of one of your detailing vans or come across one that u think is fairly priced please keep me in mind .
Question for people that just started with their own personal van or actually bought a startup van. Did you guys get an LLC and insurance first or just went out and work under the table?
Great video bro! With all your hose reels (including vac and extractor), do you stick with all retractable or manual rolling it up? Dang the retractable are big money.
Great video bro. I just started watching your channel an podcast since this year January. I iam actually looking forward to this type of info.cus iam looking to build my set up. I had one already but I wanted to get more info on how a water tanks set up work .
Everyone in this video is true. But there always be people who ask what u use just becus if u dont have those expensive stuff or look like a professional when u pull up .its just something that I run into
I keep 2 bottles of apc and 2 bottles of glass cleaner because a lot of the times my partner and I will need them at the same time. For example we can each apc and window clean a half of an interior at the same time.
The way you froze when talking about the road cones; I was like,…. “THATS WHAT SHE SAID!” Hahaha. I laughed so hard because of your reaction without saying it . So funny bro . Good video as always ( time stamp 22:00 ) for those who are curious .
I guess you haven't been around RU-vid long enough. This is a reaction video. I am not trying to play his entire video on my channel. That doesn't fall under fair-use. If you want to see his video, go to his channel. This was a problem for a while on RU-vid. People "reacting" to other videos but basically playing the whole video and taking views away from the original creator.
