@@yokiweyy4770 No nothing like that atleast I don't think so. The thing I'm referring to was gootechs had a brush with cancel culture. As far as I know Mike Ross had some issues with Capcom and also some personal issues. I don't want to speak on what I dont know as far as I am aware he and gootechs have no issues with each other. All I know is bits and pieces so maybe some here knows more?

The clip of the fight during the Marvel tourney happened at my local. 8 on The Break. What happened was A player by the name of "Smooth Viper" who had recently been injured, was running his mouth constantly during the entire event. He was purposely targeting player "Noel Brown" EVEN while he was playing. Noel had enough of his shit and after taking the L stood up and shut him up. You hate to see it. Lmao He wasn't banned as he's been back again since then. But it's certainly a popular moment for our local. Up there with the likes of the Marlin Pie "RapeFace" clip. That also happened at 8 on The Break.

I remember watching this live. From what I remember; Noel had just sat down to play and put his wallet and keys on the table. Smoothviper got near his stuff while talking shit and Noel told him not touch it. Then Smoothviper pushed it or swatted it the table and Noel went after him.

More context about the punch. That was Noel Brown punching smoothviper. You gotta understand that smoothviper is known for talking mad shit and being annoying. Which is common amongst the NY fgc scene anyway. What’s funny is that he was in a caste because of a foot injury. So he was in the back talking shit like he always does and they didn’t like each other anyway so Noel had just lost the match and he snapped. Bionic Armed his ass. They did in fact squash the beef later down the line and became cool. I do believe after this, smoothviper tuned it down a notch. Lol The early 2010s were the funnest times to be a stream monsters hands down because it was like the Wild West. So many moments.

The old fgc was so damn entertaining tho lol. Although the 09er days are like the Old Wild West I still hear about the crazy 90s-00s golden days in them arcades back then people talk about I absolutely wished there were cameras in there at the time for some of the crazy stories I hear used to go on. Some of em coulda just been made up tho lol

I don't know how true it is but he didn't hit him over the game.
