A 50-60 pt 2nd liner is definitely worth a pick in the early teens. Just look at past drafts and like half the guys taken in that range fall short of that w/ many just being depth guys. Getting a good top 6 guy in 11-15 range is a good pick. Especially in that 13-15 range.
Craig Buttons lists are always a bit off cause he's projecting who is going to be the best in 5 years. Sometimes he prefers more NHL ready guys it feels like cause he thinks some guys with high ceilings will take a while to get there
I doubt Verbeek goes with Iginla, but who knows with him. If he did I wouldn't freak out over it because the kid is going to be good and he is they type of player Anaheim management likes. The thing is, there are five maybe six players I can see Verbeek taking. I think the third pick this year is going to be the most intriguing.
