Thanks for the reaction, btw "inside of me" is a collaboration for a shampoo brand called "lux" they had already made a track for that brand on the album "celebrate" the song is called "just be yourself" for me one of the best Japanese songs by a kpop artist I hope you can check it out.
If you love watching the behind the scenes TWICE has contents of it per comeback which are incredible to see. The work ethic of these girls are by far the best I've seen.
there's another song that for some reason they didn't include here even though it's literally water-themed, it's titled "Catch a Wave". it was released the same time as Hare-Hare and is worth a listen
Normally the b-side accompanying a japanese single (Catch a Wave, Wonderful day, Strawberry moon, Scorpion) is exclusive to that release, they don't include it in their full albums. I wish they would include but my guess is they do it to give an exclusive quality to that single album.

I'm a bit late, but if you're open to album reactions, Formula of Love is pretty widely considered their best/most consistent, and shows a pretty different side/evolution of their sound (more of a disco/R&B type of vibe). It also gets mentioned pretty often when top K-Pop albums overall are mentioned. Might be the next logical thing if you're continuing with the Twice thing. Also, regarding your question, unlike other groups, Twice have basically already conquered both Korea and Japan and became about as popular as they possibly can be there (an album like this is just about keeping that audience), so they've instead been specifically working on prioritizing breaking into the West for a while now, so that's probably the reason why they have more English than a lot of other groups (despite probably having among the least English-fluent members). If you look at their songs in order, it actually only started happening after about 2021, so it seems like a pretty direct marketing initiative rather than just something that they've always done.
