In addition to Layne’s arrangements, his attention to the look of the video helps make them distinctive. This was filmed in Rayne’s Room Recording Studio. Owned by Layne, (attached to his house) they have filmed many videos here including ACA Top 10s and Chandelier. When Layne dressed the set he included items for each VoicePlay member, Deejay, his daughters, his grandmother, and his wife’s family. Items he added for himself included his violin, his hoverboard and a book of his favorite Disney movie. Geoff’s new video will premier on the 10th. I suspect that Voiceplay’s newest video may also premier that day (if Layne gets the editing finished.). Patrons have already seen a early cut of that video. I’ll warn you that there’s no way to prepare for it. Don’t even try!
I always look forward to your reactions--they're so fun! During the BTS they had "bass lessons" and Eli and Cesar both got low enough they could have sung Geoff's part in this. Their ranges have expanded over the years and I'm sure they have 5 octaves too. You are sooooooo not prepared for the next songs up from VP and Geoff. You'll need a seatbelt for Geoff's I guarantee. It's jaw dropping.
Deejay Young is going to be on the upcoming season of "The Voice". Starts 9/25. Also, Omar Cardona will be performing with VoicePlay in Atlantic City with "Chicago and Friends" on 11/17 and 11/18.
Today was really cool. The Hamilton US tour is in town and I had the pleasure of preparing a meal for Deejay Young. Unfortunately the order was placed through Uber Eats so I didn't get a chance to meet him in person. But it was still an honor to put his order together.
I love all their shirts, but I especially love that Geoff's shirt looks like a cow hide print made from cow hooves lol. I LOVE this cover, and as always, laughed my ass off at y our reaction!
It's a really great song, not one that I actually heard of before this video, despite being a big fan of the Beach Boys, but immediately, it has become a sing-a-long favorite of mine, at least VP's version of it.
I love your videos so much. You're one of the only reactors I subscribe to because you're just so funny. You and Sarah are the best. I'm sad she's sick and hope she's better soon.
To Each their own......But, in my honest opinion the Music from the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's is about as good as it gets!!! Especially the latter 3!!! Doo-Wop, is easy on the ears and carries some pretty good messages!!! Thanks again Kaz!!!!!
Kaz, I'm sure Glad that you looked before trying to sit down.....'cause your chair was about to go, ZIPPPPPPP!!!!!!! We Sure do Love us some VOICEPLAY!!!!!!! No, I didn't forget.....We LOVE Us some KAZ, too!!!!!! Sarah, too!!!!!
Kazandra please, go and listen to golden hour of Voiceplay. I was not prepared, you're not prepared either. Be sure to have a box of tissues near, it is so beautiful & sweet!
Want to know what is louder and more shocking than silence? Geoff Castalucci's "The Sound of Silence". ⚠️ WARNING!!! ⚠️ You are NOT ready. You will need ALL the pens! Your brain will cease to process and only be able to process Geoff's voice and silence.
When you watch the video, don't hang up too often and I hope you watch it all at once. Since I cut off the video so often, I can't focus well and I can't understand the mood of the song.
@@KazandraBrock, you broke at just about all the parts I thought you would! It’s fun to watch. Deejay did that look a couple of times, and I knew at least one of them would get you.
