Sandy was almost brought to tears and I was deeply moved by this collaboration.
We had never reacted to Wagakki Band before but are fans of Amy Lee, so this was the perfect introduction for us.
Super excited to dive deeper into this group. Please let us know a good follow up song to react to from Wagakki Band!

This is such a well done collaboration. The band killed it, the singers killed it, the arrangement is perfectly done...couldn't ask for more.

Who's that guy? He is Shin Oumura, best known as Machiya. He is a tremendously skilled guitarist and a superb lead and background vocalist, and is a member of the Wagakki Band. 👍 BTW... Crying while listening to the Wagakki Band?? That's perfectly normal! I think Hangeki No Yaiba or Sabaku No Komori Uta are some of the best choices to try next!!

What an amazing reaction to an epic performance. I see you already got all the info on WagakkiBand from Ken's comment - I'll just say that there's also an original WagakkiBand song ft. Amy Lee called Sakura Rising. There's only a lyrics video but it's very beautifully done. Definitely worth checking it out. love your energy ❤️🤘

Wagakki bands always put together great shows. This is from the WagakkiBand Premium Symphonic Night Vol.2 Live & Orchestra in Osaka-Jo Hall 2020. February just before the shutdown of the world. Try some of their own song "Ignite", "Kagerou", "Homura + Akatsuki no Ito" or "Hakanaku mo Utsukushii no wa" Stick to live performances, Always the best with this band. Wagakki band consists of: Yuko Suzuhana - shigin / vocals Machiya - guitar / vocal Beni Ninagawa - tsugaru shamisen Kiyoshi Ibukuro - koto Asa - bass Daisuke Kaminaga - shakuhachi Wasabi - drums Kurona - wadaiko Everyone is the master of their instrument. A total of 6 albums and 1 EP. Has toured in the US and Europe

Great to see you reacting to Wagakki Band, thank you! They were my first Japanese band I really got into. 8 musicians and each one is absolutely great on his/her instrument. The guy with the guitar and the mike is Machiya. Beside being a fantastic guitar player, he has a fantastic and very emotional voice. But except for this song, I never saw him growl. He just does it and owns it. Now that you saw them, please don't stop reacting to them. First, you definitely have to react to Homura+Akatsuki no ito (One video with two songs), which is the most melodic thing my ears have ever been blessed with. And then I have to suggest "Kyoshu no sora" (Acoustic version) and Tsuioku (Live acoustic). Both songs are sung by Machiya and there is so much emotion in them. And Yoshiware lament is also an amazing beautiful song that needs many more reactions. I just can't stop raving, they are so good!

Waggaki Band...they arent just musician but they are Gods and Goddess and engineers of their own musical instruments... Suzuhana Yuko - Vocals Machiya - Guitar Asa - Bass Wasabi - Drums Beni Ninagawa - Tsugari Shamisen (traditional 3 string guitar) Kurona - Wadaiko ( traditional drums) Kiyoshi - Koto ( traditional harp) Daisuke - Sakuhachi ( traditional flute) ...sir i recommend to please do comment to their other songs.. -Ignite -Sunwheel -Valkyrie -Okinotayuu -Zenbonsakura -Perfect Blue ( live ) -Subaku no Komoruita -Tengaku and still more.. wagakki means japanese traditional instrument band which has 9 members. i recommend you sabaku no komori uta.

Check these out from Wagakkiband!!! These are the names I found on Apple Music but they have different titles across different platforms sometimes: Yukiyomaichire-Sonatanimukete Aria of life Rokucyounentoityamonogatari Sakura Rising ft Amy Lee!!! Yoshiwara-Rament Senbonzakura ikusa Homura/Akatsukino ito (live performance 10000% recommend this one first) Valkyrie Setsunatrip Noushou-Sakuretsu-girl Tsuki-kage-Mai-Ka Queen of the night Sunwheel Appare-ga-seigi Again, these are the names on Apple Music but if you search them on YT it should pull them all up. These were my favorites ones out of all of their albums.

I love your pure reaction to this amazing and my favorite band! Their music bandwidth is so wide across traditional folklore, metal, punk, swing jazz and Western-Japanese fusion. So there are many “bests” actually. Like other guys are recommending I would recommend “Homura(group of flames)” and “Akatsuki no Ito(String of dawn)” as two consecutive musics. Izana, Hanabi, Tengaku (live version 2017 Dai Shinnekai), Sabaku No Komoriuta, Cradle Of Eternity (a separate single done by Yuko Suzuhana), Queen Of The Night, Senbonzakura, Yoshiwara Lament (any live versions), Iroha Uta and too many more to list. Just amazing !!!!!!!!!! And watch every song done in the 2nd Live Premium Symphonic Night.

Yoiu should check out their Homura live performance. They combine traditional Japanese instruments and musical elements with modern Rock/Metal. All of them are excellent in their respective instruments and the band itself is a rather miraculous gathering of artists who normally wouldn’t overlap musically.

I am a HUGE Wagakki Band fan! LOVE them! But I can actually do without Amy Lee up there. I am not an Evanescence fan. Yuko Suzuhana does NOT need any help with the vocals! She is a goddess! Everyone seems to love Beni Ninagawa on the shamisen! This band blends traditional Japanese instruments and music with modern music. They have been around awhile, and they are AMAZING. Do more Wagakki Band songs! PLENTY more to do! Keep you busy for awhile!
