Congrats!! Welcome to the party!! XG (Xtraordinary Girls) debuted March 18, 2022. They trained 5 years before debuting. Cocona and Maya were only 11 years old at the start of the XG project. Simon (JAKOPS) is their producer/manager. JAKOPS means “JApan KOrea Produced by Simon”. He’s half Japanese and Korean and born in the USA. He was a 2nd generation idol with his group Dalmation (DMTN). They’re all trilingual (Japanese, Korean, English). All their original songs are in English because they wanted to be global. The rap line has TAPE videos. The vocal line has VOX videos. They have MOVE videos to highlight their crazy dance skills. All can be found on their channel. I love how you said grlgvng was giving extraterrestrial/alien energy. The storyline for XG's recent works revolves around them being aliens. Shooting star prepares us for that storyline. Left Right shows them traveling through space, grl gvng was them arriving to earth, TGIF they are expanding themselves after their arrival on earth, and New Dance shows them exploring and having fun on earth. also the Grl Gvng MV was cut short due to budget. This time around, the XG Ceo, Simon (jakops) hired a movie director and the dance crew so it was cut short. I highly recommend listening to the whole song
