1st time reaction to Band-Maid's song From Now On... This was one hell of a jam session had me glued from start to finish. Official Video: • BAND-MAID / from now o... Socials:Twitter.com/ozonicsgaming Twitch.tv/ozonicsgaming
Things to expect by reacting to Band-Maid... At some point a Band-Maid fan (Maidiac) is going to tell you to "Shut up! Kanami is speaking", and you will see comments containing sentences ending with "Po". Just be aware that these things are all good. (LOL) Introducing The Band... Misa [mee-sah] (Barefoot Assassin) - Bass Guitar Miku [mee-kuu] (Small Pigeon) - Rhythm Guitar, Vocals, Lyricist, Band Founder Akane [aah-kah-neh] (Gorilla or A-Chan) - Drums Saiki [sigh-kee] (The Queen or Sai-Chan) - Lead Vocals Kanami [kah-nah-mee] (Mincho) - Lead Guitar, Songwriter Some song suggestions for you are Moratorium, No God, Rinne, Onset, From Now On, Without Holding Back, About Us, Play, Why Why Why, Endless Story, and both versions (live and video) of Don't You Tell Me. They have a catalog of over one hundred great songs. If you are not fond of one then choose another because it will be much different than the one before it and the next one to follow. Have fun with it!
Thank you for reacting to BAND-MAID again. It's great that you enjoyed the performance so much that you forgot about the absence of their singer. (Of course, the singer is also essential.) I know you're worried that you won't be able to pronounce the band members' names well, but that's not a problem. I'm sure the kind and gentle Maidiacs will help you out as you go. There are still ton of great songs left. I hope you continue to react to BAND-MAID "from now on"😊
THE best Hard Rock band on the planet. Even better live. And turned up to 11. Recommendations for other songs of theirs? Anything from their 120+ songback catalogue. And the live versions. And the 14 song acoustic set.
No lyrics needed for this one...Mincho was the lead singer on her PRS for this one.😂 Glad you came back to watch another from the Maids. You still have many more to go, so I look forward to your next reaction. PO!🕊 🤘😆🤘
Cinematographer!? You may like checking out Band Maid's music video for "Influencer" for its use of filters in a beautiful location - and bonus... captions for some topical lyrics ;)

Many of us saw Band-Maid play “From Now On” live. OMNG! Kanami riffed her ass off. The DB’s matched the BPM’s! So FROM NOW ON, Band-Maid will grow in popularity even faster as their awesome, sold out 10TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR wrapped up at Japan’s 17,000 seat Yokohama Arena on Nov. 26 and at Hong Kong. AND they’re writing and recording for their new album! The Maids are one of the hardest working supergroups in the business! Their music, their sound, each of the Maids... and the love that permeates their live events is an experience not to be missed. Hope you can catch them LIVE! Thx, O-Zon!
If you've a background in cinematography (sp?), you should check out some of the K-Pop stuff - for example, Blackpink - and their members' solo work "Lalisa" for instance - has some incredible sets and locations and have "making of" videos for them, and Aespa has some mind-bending CGI and FX videos, like Armageddon!
Yes, besides being a genius music writer, Kanami the lead guitarist, is a bit of a guitar wizard, and 1 of the reasons why the Maids are one of the top touring ROCK bands in the business today
No Japanese sub titles or translation needed. This is a solid hard rock instrumental banger that displays the talent of Band-Maid. Yes, they have a wonderful lead singer. They often do instumentals to give her voice a break during concerts. Saiki, the lead vocalist, had polyps removed from her vocals cords in the past. So a full 2 1/2 hour (or 3 hour and 40 minute tour finale last year), her voice needs so rest to get her full (and incredible) sound.
This is the greatest band ever, I am 55 and have heard a lot, but these ladies are at the top. You don't need to understand Japanese, and they do use enough English in spots. It would be worth it to check out other Japanese bands because they are taking over rock music.
