Loved this video, Micha. I'd love to see your reaction to the Spanish PT José Ángel from Iron Masters. He's on a personal crusade against Deadlifts, and I'd love to see your thoughts on this stuff. It is sadly just in spanish, but if you activate automatic subtitles in english or german, you might be able to understand. Thank you in advance!

Hey Micha!! Amazing video!! I just have a quick question when it comes to strength training and workout blocks, must we use a weight that can guarantee us 3×5 (5reps,5reps,5eps) for one week (of a 4 week training block for example) and then the next week we add the 2,5kg? Or is it ok to get 3×5 (5reps, 5reps, 3reps) and then still add 2,5 kg on the next week? Sorry but it was difficult to try word it the best way..

Why go through all of that when u can add 2 sets of hip thrusts instead

Yes, what you would want to do is some form of RDL with an internal rotation bias. You could add a foam roller between your legs and press is gently together. A hip thrust is a great addition for glute gains, but would also rather increase hip external rotation and so don’t improve „the problem“ of too high squats
