When I first heard this I got caught up in his broken English and wasn’t sure what to think but I’d also never heard Queen sing it either. It was totally new. After listening to Queen then countless times of this version then other reactions it’s one of my favorites. I love all the little tweaks he made to it so now I don’t even notice the English 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Salem Jang! Agree with you about English pronunciation. Dimash fixed his French pronunciation after singing SOS on this TV competition show, now he performs it better. Thnx f0r reaction!

Dimash English in this song reminds me what Aoki (Japanese famous musician ) said about non-native English speaker better keep their imperfection as their uniqueness. No need to pronounce the American/British English to perfection, just let the Korean/Chinese/Indian etc to speak it in their own way bcoz it part of their culture. This is what he said to counter the critic towards bts (Korean boy group) with whom he collaborated in one English track (his composition). So yes I agree with you Jang, what's important Dimash conveyed his message well with his technique and specially with his gift! The beautiful voice that cross the language barriers..

His voice is also like an instrument. Hope he learns more English so he can be fluent and it will be much better when he performs for the English-speaking countries.

I love your honest reactions as a vocalist. I used to sing and know what you mean about the English. However, we tend to not care so much about the words even when a song is song by an English speaker. People were always arguing about what Steve Perry ("The Voice" and lead singer of the band "Journey" back in the '80s/'90s) was saying. We just wanted to hear/feel Steve emote those emotions and hit those high notes. Dimash has replaced Steve Perry as "The Voice". Would be interesting to listen to Perry's vocal range study video and compare it to Dimash's vocale range study video.
