He didn’t know that his father was in the audience until he finished. Dimash said if he knew that before he wouldn’t have been so cheeky. This is genes plus many years of studying. His mother was an opera singer and his father is an excellent singer too.

Sometimes he like to show off. He also sing pieces that are emotional. On the show he sung hello, show must go on, all by myself (which he shows off), queen medley. Emotional performances daybreak, autumn strong, and others that mean something to him. He learned autumn strong in a week, never spoke Chinese before. Both songs have back stories. Wish you would have seen the video of this performance where he found out at the end that his dad was there. He later said he wouldn't have been so cheeky if he had known. You can tell how humble he is. He thanks the band and asks his dad if he did good.

This was a song written by infamous Russian composer Igor Krutoy, whom Dimash works with often, specifically for Dimash’s voice. Then go listen to “Be With Me”. We dears recommend familiarizing yourself with his “usual” work before checking that one out because it’s such a deviation (albeit fun). It’s also my personal suggestion that you watch/listen to the audio-only version of Be With Me before watching the new MV, because there’s so much to take in there that it can be overwhelming and something (vocals, MV action, lyrics) will definitely be overlooked.

Dimash seems very confident on stage, but off stage he is really humble and not that confident at all. After this performance he asked his father several times if he did okay. Fnd in the SOS backstage footage they show him before he went on stage to perform and he seems so nervous he is about to faint. He is a great artist also because no matter what he can collect himself on stage and act as if he is doing the most natural thing in the world.

I suggest u 1st was the The Singer- Confessa + Diva Dance (single performance), as its just a stunning performance & Confessa is sooo good, as well as the juxtaposition of the 2 songs side by side. Diva Dance from his concert is different, fun, bad ass, & a very short clip, I recommend u see both. He is on his doktor studys now. He is considered the best singer ever in the world because he has a technique that no one owns, he sings in 12 languages, plays several instruments (piano, drums, Dombra ...) He is adored all over the world and his career is on the rise despite the current world pandemic.
