Jin is the first and only kpop idol to get standing ovation and applause after his performance in Japan which is considered as the highest form of respect for artist in Japan. Epiphany is a very impactful song and Jin puts a lot of emotion in singing it so it touches your heart strings.

Jin really doesn't get enough credit. In my opinion, he is the most impresive among the others, he literally learned everything during their training year and now look at him. His single's always makes my eyes tear, it's like he's the most vulnerable when he sings and he is willing to show us that part of him that he usually doesn't.

yoongi has said that jins stages are the most stable. another reactor said that if he was making a song with bts, he would get the most out of jins voice, he's like the glue keeping it all together.

He has a very clean voice, out of all of the vocal line in my opinion, I think his voice has improved the most considering he started from scratch. All the members have all amazing vocal talent. ( my favorite is JK ) but epiphany was taken to another level of growth. Took my breath away . The whole love yourself era was something else.

When I saw bts for the 1st time in Chicago 2019, I legit forgot to breathe during Jin's performance. I was not prepared for that voice, the visuals, EVERYTHING! Jin is truly an amazing performer 💜💜

Jin's vocals are always spot on. I have never heard him out of tune. He doesn't get enough credit but they are all so incredibly talented and different. When I first found them I was frustrated as no one ever "sang enough" in a song. It is really wonderful that they are all doing solo material!

This song is one of my favorite BTS songs, not just because the music is gorgeous, but the words! I wish you’d been able to have subtitles because the lyrics really hit me hard the first time I read them. Self-love can be so hard to achieve, but I feel like this song made me realize how important it was.

Nothing beats epiphany live. It’s an elevated spiritual experience. Jin’s solos are always top tiered. Just so amazing! Jin’s strength is conveying emotions. That’s his magic. He makes you feel all the feels in his solos. I find he has this sweet, warm and bright tone in his voice that is just pleasing to the ears. The smooth honey feeling enters your ears and through to your heart and you feel better, comforted by the beauty of his voice. It’s so pretty. The texture is round even when he hits those high high notes.

I agree Jin is so often underrated as a vocalist. And he is amazing. This is probably my favourite song of his. He sings it with such emotion and passion. And the lyrics have such a moving and important message. The MV and stage performances are both wonderful, but hit a little differently.💜

I will put it this way. He doesn't get enough credits from fans but he gets deserving credits from professional musicians and experts. He is the only Korean artist to get acclaimed by Grammy panel and they gave him the nickname of silver vocalist. Jin is my favourite vocalist and my role model. In the mv it is short a verse but the live gives you the full version. It is crazy when Army sings I’m the one I should love in full voice along with him, chills!! Jin I feel is appreciated sometimes. It’s hard to stand out in his crowd but he is amazing talented as well! 💜💜

The first time I saw this performance, my opinion of Jin did a 180. I tend to be very picky with vocals and am not easily impressed. I guess I just hadn't heard Jin enough. I was dead ass wrong about him. I fall more and more in love with his voice with every song I hear now. All 4 vocalists are extraordinary and have touched my heart in profound ways, truly.

Loved the reaction ! About the live band someone please correct me if i am wrong but they do have a live band. Their band is called the "Ghost Band". Now I am not sure if they use the recorded arrangement or the live. You can see them perform with the ghost band in the tiny desk concert.

Even after watching it MANY times this live performance still gives me goosebumps! You need to watch the "official" mv as it is part of the BU storyline & love yourself concept.... it also will explain why the rain coming down and then going backup.... a part of Jin's time shift involvement in the storyline... the mv also has his iconic "Jin walk" you again see in this live performance & the appearance of the Calla lily that is used in many BTS MV's.... Also, Jin learned piano for the live performances.

Tbh I think Big Hit kind of did Epiphany dirty. The mv is only for a part of the song while this was the entire song so you might want to keep that in mind when you get to it. 😉 Also, Jin learned to play the piano from scratch just because he didn't want to fake his live performance of this song. I think it says a lot about him as an artist. 💜 Epiphany *litterally* saved and changed the the lives of many ARMYs, mine included. It's also very important to the guys themselves. Suga even named it as his favorite BTS song at one point.

epiphany , serendipity and interlude: shadow were the promotional songs that were released before the albums came out.When the album was released, almost all of them had full versions on the album. It's the industry tactick almost Bighits tactick. So it's not playing dirty

Why are u reacting without checking the lyrics ? Yes the visuals, vocals and production are great But the Lyrics add so much depth and u are missing the meaning of the song otherwise I don't feel your appreciation of their lyricism
