Totally get it! I thought UK was an excellent presentation.

There is a nuance: the BBC does not take into account the social spectrum of people in the countries where the broadcast is taking place and where LGBT people are still banned. That's why people didn't vote for Olly's performance because it had overly sexualized choreography. And I agree that the UK should stop funding Eurovision - a waste of taxpayers' money.

The UK entry was so generic. A Pet Shop Boys copy. Surprised it got zero points.

The UK got votes from jury cuz the gay. Same with Switzerland. UK deserved last.

What contest won? "The winner's" song wasn't even in the 5 most popular songs in the televoting and you call that a contest? You realise Ukraine would have won the whole thing and lost the win, because it was so early in the order. Israel received almost no points from the so called juries, while Switzerland received a rediculous amount of points in order Israel to lose the competition and these people are called professionals. But thank God, Israel didn't won the competition, so we can still pretend people hate Israel, despite it received a massive support from the televote.

I was just saying what the guys said in the video. The EBU make the rules and there was a time when there was no televote. This year was always going to be about both. Both systems represent different aspects. I’m sorry if you don’t agree with the juries but appreciate that your perspective might be different. I was going for Ireland this year so neither jury nor televote agreed with me. I’ve been watching the contest for 51 years. My favourites never if ever win. I don’t get cross about it and am glad that in recent times something half decent wins.

Everybody knows the rules when they enter! Stop whining about Juries when things when they don’t agree with your taste. It’s juvenile and tiresome.

@@EuroMikeJones Sorry but the so called juries don't agree with the voters, not me. And they have decided the winner 7 times so far. This time around they voted for someone that his song wasn't even among the 5 most popular songs of the competition (despite the heavy promotion) Besides I have said from the very beginning there is absolutely no reason for them to exist.

Instead of breaking down, the 20 years old singer stood on a stage infront of a hostil crowd and gave a flawless execution. No one in Israel wished to win first place. But we are so thrilled by the 323 points of love from Europe. After the harassment and the bullying Eden, went through, she still made it to the Top 5 and the second place in the televote. Europe gave a very happy night to Isrealis😁😁😁

​@@zanabanci1943 the juries are rigged. if they voted "average" (e.g. 6 ) for israel, it would have won. so they artificially had to lower their scores to prevent that. the jury basically gave israel 12th place - which is ridiculous - considering it came 2nd in the public vote and also that objectively (if you listen to most commentators on youtube who aren't antisemites) is a good vocal performance and a decent song - certainly much better than some of the songs that were ranked higher by juries. no one is "in favor" of war, sometimes war happens, e.g. when your country is attacked. this is what happened to both ukraine and israel.

@@Klayhamn Well, the popular vote is incredibly easy to manipulate, especially "rest of the world" (Which Israel "won" handily). There was a lot of social media pressure on Jewish people across the world to help Israel's score. Israel's contribution wasn't bad by any stretch, but it certainly wasn't the 2nd best. It deserved around a middle of the pack placement if you look objectively at the different entries and the qualities they brought. A country like Norway brought a higher quality, objectively, than Israel and only got 12 or 16 points total I think..

@@tosvus because it costs so much to vote, it is absolutely ludicrous to try and claim you can just "campaign" people into voting. They need to feel strongly enough about it to actually put their hard earned money into it. i never said israel's entry was the 2nd best or the top one, but it also wasn't the 12th one in terms of quality as the jurors supposedly claimed. the public might have been "biased" pro israel but it was a backlash response to the anti-israeli response of the "other side" which also was expressed through the jurors. in fact, i'm quite convinced the jurors intentionally gave israel a lower score than they would otherwise have given it if the betting sites and the RAI leak had not demonstrated that there's a clear chance israel would win #1 if they give it even an average score. and sorry but norway's entry is NOT higher quality. that's ridiculous. Israel brought a good old-fashioned ballad with lyrics that are (in the end) quite universal , the vocals are top notch, probably among the top 3 of all contestants there, and the entire presentation and performance was also quite well done. i think top 5 is a fitting score, though i think top 3 would have been more appropriate. if the norway entry was as good as you claim, why did it barely get any votes from jurors?

i think the stage wasn't as impactful as in MGP. less lasers, more light... idk, it didn't feel as impactful but still a tragedy of a result. It's a shame... Was my favorite song coming into the contest

@@EurovisionESC I actually liked the staging. I am glad they kept it close to the MGP performance in the beginning, but the huge crashing waves were really cool, and Norway went with too little lighting last year.
