Feride Hilal Akin is an actress in a famous comedy serie called "Yeni Gelin". There she get famous with her charakter called Şirin. She first started to sing songs just in this serie for example "Ayrilik zor" with an other actress from the serie there are a fewe more songs from this serie and after she saw that everybody like the music and her voice she started to sing with other singers. That is the story I know. :) The serie talk about a crazy and funny family, you should watch it, it's really funny.

this video was so great and you reacted to one of my favorite songs at the moment!! btw the song is pronounced as "shehrin yolu" bc the "ş" letter makes the "sh" sound. people don't usually get that at first try lol, but you'll get there! also, yes, they're actually 2 separate artists that came together to do one song (both of my favorite artists actually lol). feride is a singer and that's all I pretty much know about her, but ilyas is a musician and he rose to fame when he performed his own song at the X Factor in Turkey, ever since then he's been like one of the #1 artists of Turkey. hope this helped!!
