Rob's whistling is wondrous! The story behind this song is hilarious: Something like a decade ago Tim's employer told him to write a country song but he didn't want to. So he came up with the "worst" (his words) country song he could think of--and to this day it is one of his most popular originals 😆
This was written by Tim. This is such a fun video. The cameo by Avi from Pentatonix was a nice touch. Elvira and All About That Bass are a couple other fun ones they do. But to be completely honest, you can’t go wrong with anything that Home Free does. I believe you are becoming Home Fry.
This is a fun song that Tim Wrote, An unintentional sequel is the Christmas song- Full of Cheer. This was one of their older songs, Chris Rupp, the guy in the cowboy hat was still in the group. I don’t do TikTok or instagram, so I couldn’t participate in the poll. But, I do suggest Take Me Home Country Roads, Working for a Living, and In the Blood.
It’s so funny. Yeah Rob’s the whistler of the group. Funny story…Tim was working in LA and his boss wanted him to write a country song and Tim didn’t want to. The boss insisted so Tim came home, got drunk and wrote this song which became a hit for him. I love the lyrics too, “I won’t see her pretty face at all since the prison’s no where near the mall”. Hahahaha. Priceless. Good reaction!🤩😃
Such adorable goofballs. I suggest The Driver, Catch Me if You Can or How Great Thou Art. One suggestion I would make for your presentations is to pause the video while you talk. You're liable to miss something by talking over it. Then backup a few seconds and go on. I am loving your reactions to "the boys", especially "scrumptious delights". Truer words were never spoken.
How can you not smile when watching that? What a fun video! This is an original song that Tim wrote. These guys know how to have fun without compromising their vocals. Rob is great with his whistling & love Adam's vocal percussion. Fun seeing Avi Kaplan doing a cameo in this.
Yes, another poll please. Maybe some solo works Austin Brown (Her's ain't Mine) Original song Tim Foust ( Will you Still Love Me Tomorrow/Stay) Or group: ( Blue Ain't Your Color )
This is another funny song. Tim (the bass) wrote this song. They do different genres. You need to check out their cover of Boyz II Men End of the Road. It will blow your mind! Love your reaction!
Tim’s voice just makes me melt! Love your reactions ❤! Can’t wait for the next one! I think you would really enjoy their cover of Thinking Out Loud/ Let’s Get It On! Keep up the amazing reactions!
If you haven't already, you should definitely check out Voiceplay, and Pentatonix. All three groups have bass singers that are amazing. Also, Tim Foust has done some collaborations with Peter Hollens on songs like "Misty Mountain", " Bridge Over Troubled Waters", "Greensleeves", etc. I highly recommend checking them out.
Tim wrote this as a drunken protest to being asked to write only country songs in his song-writing gig. As for hearing more Tim - he has two albums. One is a 'traditional' solo album of songs he wrote (including a solo rendition of this one), the other is an 'all Tim' a capella album of do-wop songs. Then there are the duets he has done with Peter Hollens which they have compiled into an album "Beautiful Duets". OR you can check out Sweet & Low - a side project he and Austin have with a few other extremely talented singer-songwriters - they should have some releases coming soon, but there are some livestream recordings out there to enjoy.
I think you might like some Storytime with Tim 😂 How Great Thou Art, Country Roads, Country Fried Pops, Brother, Brothers in Arms, Stargazer Trilogy to name a few
Great song to listen to for sure. Tim's voice is absolutely phenomenal. During Christmas time you need to do the sequel Full of Cheer. Enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.
The guy that stepped through the video is none other than Avi Kaplan. He used to be in the acapella group Pentatonix. That is another group to check out if you have not done so already. Home Free recorded this video after they recorded Ring of Fire with Avi. He used to be the bass for Pentatonix, but now he is recording he own music. "On the Rise" is a great one to check out. I suggest you check out Pentatonix version of Hallelujah if you've never seen them before. Then Voctave (Disney Princesses) But girl I had the same reaction as you about Tim he has an amazing voice. In the blood is a Tim featured song.
@@WhyAmIReacting please keep trying to get ur Pentatonix reactions past copyright- Home Free and Pentatonix have really revolutionized a capella - there are other amazing a cappella groups out there too. I’d recommend Voice Play’s cover of Dream On 🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
You might like Thank God I’m Country Boy. All About That Bass Make You Feel My Love I Swear Sold Tim also does many collaborations with Peter Hollens I would recommend Misty Mountain ( The Hobbit) for bass Tim also does solo work mostly Doo Wop he sings all the parts himself Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow / Stay Come Go With Me In My Room ( The Beach Boys )
You know that Home Free does do so "serious" songs as well but sticking to this silly theme I think you need to give a listen to "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer"!
Found you recently doing Home Free~ I am subbing for more🎶‼️. And also...Riveria Paradise by Stevie Ray Vaughan from Austin City Limits 1989. Stevie Ray has a large following on RU-vid even though his life was cut short almost 33 years ago just shy of his 36th birthday. He was considered such a gifted and unique guitarist and singer. I think you would really enjoy this one. Thanks✌️🎶🎸‼️
Here for Home Free. Yes Tims speaking voice is everything yes.....but another artist you might consider is Teddie Swims....You can't Make Me Love You cover.
OK, so if you haven't done so yet, you simply MUST react to their Valentine's gift from a couple of years ago--To Make You Feel My Love. I can't wait to see your face!!!!
