i think its a great idea to have these podcasts. The things that i liked 1. Honest opinions about what you thought of these cars. 2. Informal setting of the conversation 3. Analysis of some car trends. I would encourage you guys to sit down regularly for a podcast and use it as a platform to communicate feedback to the audience on what you think of their car buying trends and to the manufacturers about technology positives or gimmicks in their new product introductions.
You should make these podcast more often...i absolutely loved this discussion.. very sorted..very honest.. practical, and aap dono itne experienced reviewers he so people should benefit from this..keep it up..loved it seriously!!!!

Thanks Gagan for your comment on Swift.. Current Gen is really pathetic.. I owned 2nd Gen Swift Vdi 2011 Aug(just launched), drove 1.26L ODO and kept for 9.5Yrs(stock clutch, stock suspension, stock AC).. It was Gem, I must say.. Now I sold it due to 10yrs life in DL and purchased BS6 XUV500 2021.. I still miss my Swift badly.. Maruti should launch BS6 DDiS Engine, will buy Brezza..
XUV700 - Pratap Bose, the head of design at Tata left his farm and joined MnM right before the launch of this car. This logo was his first assignment and that's why it looks like an afterthought.

Punch engine is not for heavy vehicles, tata must work on power of that vehicle , off-road to Scorpio ki or punch ki same hain so india me SUVish is what brings number
You're comparing a real suv which has RWD,4wd(O), body on frame construction with a pseudo SUV,a raised hatchback. Then definition of off-road must be different for you.

@@RahulJha-mc6nz First gain some knowledge about RWD,FWD,4WD and it's capabilities. Get some real world experiences how scorpio, bolero,sumo perform in off-road conditions. Then after compare Punch with Scorpio. Nonsense!!
@@chandradattakar9311 we had Scorpio for 3 year before it was stolen, i came from koshi region of Bihar which is notorious for the road , and except for ground clearance it was not good than any front drive car with same torque, so i know what i talks
@@RahulJha-mc6nz then you must not have utilised the Scorpio the way it should be. I'm also owner of a Scorpio & I know it's capabilities. On paper it's GC is 165mm. But to avoid taxes a extra clamp is given under exhaust which has no utilisation. After removing it ground GC becomes 200mm+. It's off-road capabilities and abuse friendly nature makes it a real suv not a pseudo one. Apart from all things driver should be skilled enough to maneuver vehicle in off-road conditions.
Good yearly review. Also liked your 3 cylinders engine analysis. Your expert advise on flex fuel engines is awaited. Specially will it be possible to convert BS6 petrol engines to flex fuel/E85 engines ? It may take a few years to reach E25 stage (E85 much later as producing so much ethanol will be another babudom story), but what is your advice to new buyers ?

I think the core thought around auto industry is making what the general public want and not what reviewers want. I suppose seeing from customer point of view makes more sense. Anybody can type i want a 4*4 from tata but actually how many can afford or even utilize its true potential in day to day life. The pulse of the day is strong good built quality cars, earlier it was light steering cars with low cost of ownership and good fuel efficiency.

@@gydave because safety is not everything. It's a common sense engine is something which one experiences every time you drive, on the other hand you don't wanna exp safety of car that frequently. A good car have combination of features in a balanced way. But they did say it is one of the most mature car from Tata. BTW, it's already mentioned Fanboys should not watch this video 🤣🤣🤣.
@@draaken0 ; True, but the engines are not that bad. The difference in fine tuning in comparison of others is 19-20. You would know this if you drive any of the recent TATA cars. Did you ever compare other plus points like suspension system with other cars? It is not about fan boy or bhakti, it is all about seeing cars what what value they offer instead of giving biased reviews.
@@gydave agree about fine tuning and all. I like harrier so much. I mean the driving dynamics are pretty nice of that car. I never had an issue with any company or car, it's just that those fan boys pisses me off. Recently a Harrier broke into two pieces just like Seltos. Irony is that same people were justifying that it's okay to even if it broke in two parts as the car was over speeding. Same thing goes for Seltos too. GNCAP tests the base model of every car, compared to base model higher models also do have other safety features too. M not defending any specific car or company. It's just for reference. And it's not 19-20 it's still a bit higher than that. Compare the engine of Harrier with same class engine of any other car you will notice the noise and smoothness.

@@ICN : Oh well, the good news is that people are not just liking this format but they are LOVING it. And many auto journalists in overseas do such podcast style video once a week on their channel and answer people’s question, speak about industry trend and upcoming cars and technology in auto industry. And people love such podcast style videos more than the car reviews. Perhaps it’s because their questions and doubts are answered in those podcasts. Also, why don’t you also make a channel on podcast platforms such as Spotify, Apple podcast, overcast, pocket casts etc so that people can listen to you on the go?
