Just a warning to you guys if you haven't seen episode 8 yet. It gets really dark, probably the darkest the show has ever gotten so far. Just a heads up.

Volume 3 and 8? They don't seem so dark anymore when they're compared to this one episode in volume 9 alone. Someone out there may have decided to stop watching RWBY because they had watched episode 8 of this volume.

Someone else left a warning, but here’s a second one: episode 8 is really dark. Distressing themes, themes of death, etc (I know they have a warning but still) Your little one seems capable of handling a lot, but a prior screening I think would be good, to decide whether it’s best for her to see it. (Obviously you guys do whatever you feel you need to, love the reactions!)

Except what we know so far is that ascension does not let them keep their memories, so maybe he SHOULD HAVE died, but survived because of his abnormal amount of aura to protect/heal him.

I don’t know how to get around that but in the comment I put earlier I said that I am crushing on Julius and that I don’t know anything about him then I said I know it’s probably weird to hear this as a parent and then provided my contact info and I think RU-vid took it down but I would like to talk I just don’t know how to exchange info

We did see your prior comment, though not any contact info. We hadn't responded because we were leaving it up to Julius to decide what to do. They aren't looking for any kind of relationship right now and don't feel very comfortable talking with someone they hadn't met in person. They are flattered, but would prefer not to talk.
