I always find out about the cool stuff way too late, “*thumb out* looking for a ride to the spirit box show !!” I am a sucker for motionfilm that’s like anywhere from 30secs-5 mins especially music videos about time somebody did a video like them(and yours of course) lol
I'm so happy you came back to Spiritbox and I'm even more happy about that you enjoyed that song and video so much! Everything about it is just perfect. Courtney's voice is so beautiful and it is the perfect contrast to those low tuned riffs but it all perfectly flows together and the result is outstanding. Spiritbox really is something else! I know I’m pretty late but I hope you see this I too am in love with the cinematography in their videos, and I was reading an interview for them one time and they said that a lot of their videos are shot and directed independently! I’m not certain if this one was but isn’t that so fucking crazy how good they are at both audio and visual? I’ve seen you react to a lot of requests but one I don’t see a reaction on yet is Belcarra, which is absolutely being requested a lot for a very good reason. You NEED to do that one. It’s so spooky and eerie and that video was definitely done independently.

Hey. Something new. I'm sure you've seen the requests on your Jinjer videos, but give Nightwish a go. You seem to like heavier stuff, I'm going to suggest Romanticide live at Wacken 2013 instead of the usual go to Ghost Love Score which might be a tad slow for your tastes. They aren't as crunchy as say Jinjer or whatnot, but they are complex and interesting musically

Funny you say that, I grew up watching those videos but around Halloween last year, I was at a restaurant with some friends (surprisingly who were older than I and had never seen those videos) and they were playing on the TV. I kept hearing one friend at the end of the table saying "what the fuck does this restaurant have playing on the TV?! I'm gonna complain." 😂😂😂
