I don't wanna hear any excuses from the Bills fans about all of the injuries on defense. The Pats made a super bowl with both Julian Edelman and Matthew Slater playing at DB in the 2011 playoffs.
As a Chiefs fan, Its hilarious hearing everyone say how the Bills lost the game.....forgetting how good the Chiefs were in this game........Patrick was 17 of 23 passing. 2 TD passes. No turnovers. Kelce played well. Defense made played when they had to. The Chiefs won. Bills lost. Simple as that.
lemme start by saying, in All seriousness, that I'm all about giving credit where credit is due. that being said man, the chiefs have played like total dog shit this year and have absolutely ZERO business in the AFC Championship game. they've had flashes where they look like their normal selves. the coaching is 100% on par for greatness, as always. Patty has been out of sync with just about everyone all season long more so than not. the other teams they've played have been beaten yes, not saying they haven't man. it's just unreal how several key games have gone their way bc the other team imploded on themselves through either stupid mistakes or just plain bad execution. again, not saying the chiefs didn't grind their way in... but they didn't fight, claw, and dig their way in with any display of dominance in anyway whatsoever either...
@@rproverbthey didn’t need to display dominance in the regular season, all they needed to do was make it into the playoffs and get hot at the right time which is exactly what they’ve done. Sorry their regular season wasn’t flashy enough for you.
@rproverb dog shit? No they haven't. You know why? Because you aren't comparing the chiefs to the rest of the league, you're comparing the chiefs to their past self. They ranked 9th in offense and 2nd in defense. No, they didn't play like dog shit. They just rely on defense more.
I understand where you are coming from and. As a lifelong Chiefs fan, this season was a hard one to watch given the bar that Patrick, Travis, Andy, Spaggs have set. But the Chiefs somehow are coming together at the right time to play well enough to get the job done. You cant dispute that. Other teams imploding is not the Chiefs fault. Its those teams faults for making bad decisions and making mistakes. You cant fault the Chiefs for being there. Yes, the Chiefs havent been dominant. I 100% agree. But they still ranked 9th in offense and 2nd in defense this year despite that. I seem to remember that happening with the Pats several times in their run. As a long suffering Chiefs fan, Im relishing this that we have right now...catching lightning in a bottle. You cant blame the Chiefs for other teams downfalls.
I'm a Chief's fan since 1969. We're pretty humble and incredibly lucky to have Reid/Mahomes/Kelce at the same time, with Spags making the defenses better in the playoffs. We've gone through a 50-year drought of any real success in the playoffs. I never in my life could have expected the recent results. Bill's fan base is great, and you should hold your heads high. The injuries definitely had an effect on the outcome.
@@rowdyrx6109 - well as a KC fan since early 90's I hate the Swifty surcharge on ticket prices to watch the Chiefs this year because some folks wanna be in the vicinity of TS.
Y'all calling yourselves humble is a thing. That's not a title one gets to bestow upon oneself, that's for everyone around you to decide lol. Like a$sH0|€
I agree that Mahomes is the key piece but I do think the Chiefs are amazing at finding talent with what little they have. They found Mahomes, Kelce, Jones, Hill and now Rice in the draft. Also agree with everything else you said.
The Chiefs have been picking at the bottom of the draft for 5 years. Still finding guys like Sneed in the 5th Round. McDuffie was bottom of 1st Round but is an All Pro. Karlaftis is a beast as well.
Kareem Hunt should be in that list as well. KC has always found diamonds in the rough at CB in the middle rounds. That goes back to the 90s. It's crazy.
@@blindjustice8718 Definitely. Just the way people who know him talked about him, he was a outstanding guy. And unlike Jerry Jones, he didn't have an ego and trusted the people he hired.
@@silkyhank Took me a minute to process that. Kareem Hunt the RB they got in the 3rd round. But your assessment of Lamar Hunt is spot on. It was always what is best for the game with him. I hear that he and Jerry Jones lived across the street from each other in Dallas. They were friends and had a traveling trophy for when the Chiefs and Cowboys played.
@jimidee69 lol u ain't shittin! this show is so fkn ridiculous at times but it's also like a train wreck.... u see the carnage but have a hard time not looking back lol
I totally agree with their take. Can't lose that game. You're at home. You gotta win at home. You GOTTA win at home in the playoffs. It's really inexcusable not to win that game.
The Bills were in control of that game? Nah. They couldn't stop the Chiefs offense, they were getting 7.7ypp and working efficiently. The Chiefs shut down the pass game and had Allen off kilter, so the only option was to go sideline to sideline or run. The big play game was shut down. They were running well but the Chiefs eventually adjusted to that as well.
Yeah I swear people just look at time of possession and draw conclusions from that. The bills couldn’t stop the chiefs to save their life. If these people actually watched the game they would’ve seen the chiefs offense being so dominant they only needed half the time to score even more points than the bills could (and let’s not bring up the touchdown that never happened, should’ve ended 34-27)
😂😂😂😂😂 Legendary Bills Choke They’ll never ever be able to remove Wide Right from the Buffalo 🦬 Sports 🏈 Legacy I wasn’t pulling for The Bills at all I’m glad they collapsed 😂😂😂
@@alexcasey351 🤔🤔🤔 because it’s “ WIDE RIGHt “ Scott Norwood in Superbowl 25 with the game on the line shanked it Wide Right All these years later Buffalo who had everything to get them into the AFC championship And another game crushing miss Wide Right 😃😃 It’s glorious
The Bills realizing that against the chiefs with the state of their defense, had a great ball controll game plan, limit the chiefs posseions hoping for maybe 1 stop or a turnover. It almost worked, Give the chiefs credit for making 3 or 4 plays , and the bills failing to make 3 or 4 plays. That was the difference in the game as it has been in the last 2 playoff losses to them.Mahommes and Reid just seem to find a way.
Outside of 2014, KC has been in the Postseason since 2013. 10/11 years in the Playoffs, 6 AFCCGs, 3 SB Appearancess, and 2 Wins.......Not the Patriots Dynasty, AT ALL, but KC is a Dynasty. The hate is just histrionic
We're not going to appreciate who Mahomes is any more than we appreciated who Marino was, or Peyton Manning. There was nothing sweeter to see than Peyton Manning walking off the field shaking his head after a Pats interception. I wanted to see all three of those guys getting up from the ground looking out through their helmet's ear hole..
Without Allen the Bills could conceivably be an 8-9 Team. Every report I've read or heard has said the Bills have a high powered QB and a sub-par offensive players (so averaged together when he plays well they score points, and if he has an off day or makes 1-2 minor mistakes due to inexperience then they lose). Basically they're almost stuck in the same situation the 2010-2013 Pats were. When BRady plays phenomenal the Pats would have a good chance to win, when he played avg in those days then the Pats would likely lose. For the Bills it's more pronounced because Josh isn't as refined as BRady was at the time; so when he makes key passing decisions (like trying to home run to the end zone) when it doesn't connect they pay the price even more.
So it's his fault they lost? You can't say he's the one carrying the game then say it's not his fault they lost. Especially when Mahomes has carried his team for years and won two superbowls.
No one cares when machines receivers were costing him the whole year…..SUCKS TO BE YOU BUFFALO…sorry not sorry…hold excuses to the same standard…. No offense
@@stevenkelly3492 He fumbled the ball but his team baled him out and he couldn't convert to get the kicker closer. When Mahomes had to convert a first down to bleed the clock, he was able to do it easily in two plays.
Chiefs Victory Lap 2024 - it's July and I'm going back and re-watching all the whining finger-pointing, blame-shifting videos of the Bills & Ravens fan bases, mainly to bask in the heartache and pain they're feeling. The look on their faces - priceless. "7th seed" Dolphins never really counted, so they didn't make the cut. (Man, this 3-peat football season needs to hurry up and get here!)
I wonder what would happen if Bill Belichick coached the Bills. I bet the Bills with this current roster would have at least one Super Bowl in their trophy case and might be headed to the Super Bowl in Vegas this year. The current coach must go....
The Buffaloes choke again.#17 needs to back away from Hero football.. and take wat the Cheeps D were offering....im not gonna mention another wide right also🙈 .➡️⤴️...... anyway you slice it.. Seasons ending Greetings to the Billy goats..bah..bah.. 🐐 ....... 👋😂🤚...... 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🤟
The Bills were down to their third-string middle linebacker. That certainly didn't help. Take Bolton from the Chiefs and give the Bills Bernard and/or Milano and Buffalo probably wins yesterday.
@@jacobpule6390Dude their defense got shredded. Look at Pacheco's average yards per carry, or Mahomes going 17 for 23. And they only had to play defense for 23 minutes. So yes I'm blaming Buffalo's defense.
@@brianshaughnessy4020 I agree with you. Both their Defense and offense were bad overall. Allen played great. But they couldn’t score when it mattered. But yes. The D was bad also for only playing 23min.
Sorry the national fixed League😮. And I'm not a fan of either of them.😮. Oh by the way as Mayo as head coach we're doomed😮😮😮. It's the new WWE 😂. I'm beginning to really hate football I rather watch a lifetime movie😂
The WWE is the new NFL. I dunno when pro wrestling came about, but I do know the history of pro football. The NFL has always been an entertainment organization. It started out essentially as Harlem Globetrotters vs Washington Generals to showcase former college players as a barnstorming league. They've had 100 years to perfect the craft right down to camera angles. In 1940, they came right out and said, "control the game as much as possible through the rules and officiating." What's every one complaining about 80 years later? "This rule, that rule, ref ball, officials suck..." I am actually on record, written in message boards well before the game, as soon as I saw Hochuli was officiating that regardless who won, it would be 3 points or OT and come down to the final play. Think about it. If Bass made his FG, that's exactly how it would have played out. The NFL is about ad revenue. Keeping eyes on until the end makes business sense. Having 1 team 31 fan bases despise generates more revenue than all the divisional rivalries combined. Oh, yeah, and in 1940 the NFL also said flat out they wanted to maximize entertainment to have the maximum number of plays that were pleasing to the fans. The NFL has been doing it much longer than the WWE. People just don't want to believe it.
I've been watching football for 40+ years, KC has become the only team that makes me so sick I can't even watch them, and that was before Taylor Swift, just hand them another SB and call the season because the League will make sure Mahomes keeps winning
