Yeah fun fact, Elder Scrolls is actually considered one of the 7 most powerful verses in fiction. The other Six being Dungeons and Dragons, Umineko, Cthulhu Mythos, The Dark Tower, DC Comics and Marvel
Currently, Elder Scrolls ranks the second highest of those 7, only behind Lovecraft's stories. Though you did miss a few such as Self-Reference ENGINE, World of Darkness, and Twin Peaks, all of which are above Elder Scrolls. Though TES is still #5 ACROSS ALL FICTION. Also Unsong is up there, but that's below TES.
1.) Dungeons and Dragons does not count as a legitimate verse since the rule's of it's game create an imbalance of power and control within itself. 2.) The list actually is Elder Scrolls, DC Comics, Magic The Gathering, Marvel Comics, Archie Comics, Cthulhu Mythos and Saint Seiya. 3.) The requirement of which universes are the most powerful is predicated on who has the most powerful mortals not (God's, Entities, Titans, Celestials, Abstracts or Transcendents) which eliminates pretty much all the verses you mentioned other than TES, DC & Marvel. The Power, Skills, Abilities and Hax of mortal beings is what creates the scale by which power can be measured because it's innately obvious that no supreme abstract being can be proven to beat another since they are abstracts that embody Power instead of actually holding it.

"Arrow to the knee" is actually an old saying that means getting married. They've pretty much settled down in the towns that they're now guarding, so they can't go adventuring anymore.
Misaka is from a LN and anime series, which the LN series has been ongoing since 2004 and while HxH is older, there’s technically less, since Hiatus X Hiatus has gone on hiatuses since 2006 and I think it went on hiatus again. 53 LNs, 5 short stories (also Blu ray ss), manga, anime, and others that I’m not sure if they’ll be included for the DB for A Certain Magical Index/Scientific Railgun and around 38 manga volumes and the anime for Hunter X Hunter. The match up is basically two super humans with electricity powers and are very popular, despite not being the protagonist. Misaka is basically a human railgun who’s basically the representation of the Science Faction and her electricity power is varied like comic Magneto (she can become lightning, microwave shield, iron sand constructs, electric sense, oxygen manipulation via lightning, etc.) Also, she has clones and a Devil Trigger like form called Level 6. Killua is a skilled martial artist and nen (the power system) is based on Hamon from JoJo and Killua’s is based on Electricity. Scaling/details is where it’ll be decided and I think Killua wins, because of something connected to his ability, but I’m hoping for Misaka. A simple summary of Index, is that it’s about a teenager (who has nullification power) and an English nun named Index (who is basically a map to secret forbidden magical books from the church), who have to deal with the civil war of the Magical and Scientific Factions, that are trying to abduct Index for their own purposes/crush the other faction. Yes, it’s basically Magic vs Science and Religion is stuck in the middle, while the protagonist defeats them with the power of refusing their beliefs. Also, you aren’t alone in people calling her Mikasa by accident (there’s also a meme with all of her clones.)
Killua vs Misaka is Hunter x Hunter vs A Certain Magical Index. It seems the pentacle on the Season 10 teaser's cypher could be for this match, since that's the symbol of magic for Magical Index, AND was the original design on Killua's yo-yos.
First, glad Dovah won. Second, next time is a sad Killua loss. Killua _is_ more skilled and experienced and is also faster while using Godspeed, but Misaka is a LOT stronger, tougher, and more powerful, faster than base Killua, smarter I would assume, and she outlast Godspeed.
One of my favorite fights so far in all of Death Battle. Now if only we could get Sora vs Rex, Ahsoka vs Psylocke, Eeveelution Royale, Chase Young vs Shendu, and maybe even Jackie Chan (Adventures) vs Mike Tyson (Mysterys)
IMO Railgun gets very good very suddenly in Season 2. I didn't like Season 1 at all, but 2 hooked me hard. You also have to remember that her show (at least, the one most folks know her from) isn't exactly prime material; it's an adaption of a spin-off of an adaption of the actual source material, the Magical Index novels. So consistent quality was never going to be guaranteed.
