Calli herself says she's a fan of "net rap" or "nico nico rap" so basically rap that's posted on nico nico douga which is Japan's biggest video site that isn't RU-vid. For those of us who grew up into anime that place was like an endless fount of mysterious memes without context and really cool edited videos called MADs.

Moe (pronounced Mo-A) is a genre of anime featuring cute girls so when she says "Got used to luring the audience with moe that sells" she's literally talking about how shes luring in her audience by being a cute anime girl because that's what sells.

her vtuber model is a reaper so it kills and takes souls so some bars are just fitting her characters persona her vtuber is a shinigami is what you could call it so some death stuff is her expressing her vtuber persona

What I find funny is that during her stream, she was trying to be all cute and sweet (like at the start of the video), and then she got to this song and just dropped it. It was pretty unexpected and fun watching people lose their minds.

Just to explain the word "Moe" in the phrase "Moe Sells", the word moe is a Japanese word that describes a feeling. We don't really have a word for that feeling in English, but it's that feeling when you see an adorable kitten, a cute girl, or a puppy (That "Awww" feeling). The Japanese have a phrase that "Moe Sells" (just like sex sells here in the U.S.). Basically, she's saying that cute Japanese girls sell, and she has taken the form of a cute anime girl, as a Vtuber for Hololive. The song is filled with Japanese mixed with English puns as well. She says "Cause I Fuxxing SEISO (Say So)". Seiso being a word that means clean, hygienic, but also pure like a clean perfect star that doesn't talk about bad things or swears. Which gets countered by the word Fuxxing.

God I live for that reaction when they hear 'cute anime girl speaking japanese' just go "FUCK IT" and start spitting a rap close to Enimem's level (which, just as a random FYI, is a huge inspiration of hers to her style of rap). The wide-eyes as they realize this girl's got fire is amazing. She also plays the persona of a reaper, hence the lyrics often being about souls and killing and stuff. It just reminds me of the hundreds of thousands that saw her debut stream, saw a bumbling, cute, charming, shy reaper try to talk to her fans for the first time... then ask something like 'Hey... I wrote a song for you guys... do you mind if I share it?' and it's this very song. At that moment, thousands of people had that exact same reaction, maybe even more so because they had like half an hour of buildup that got shattered by her bars. And yes, do more of her songs. They are so well-done. Deadbeats is a silly song that has bars, Reaper-Rapper is another silly song, Live Again is really cute and is her ending stream theme. Off With Their Heads is a diss track to her haters... yeah. Also, if you like her style, check out DEMONDICE. You might like it, just remember to tread carefully with her stuff and treat it separately.

Yes, Calli is a V-Tuber. Essentially the person plays a 'character' who streams and produces content. Mori Calliope is a Shinigami (Grim Reaper), and most of her songs make reference to this. As others have said, she's a Hololive vTuber who raps. Her character is the Grimm Reaper's first apprentice but she's on hiatus. All of her music is great and pretty varied, though I'm biased of course. XD She did a remix contest for this song in particular, actually, and None Like Joshua did a cover that made it into the finalists. You should check that out, too!
