Saw Heather live in Melbourne. This song performance blew my mind. She has more than this hit like Angel, Truth & Bone et al and her lyrics are fantastic! Check out her cover of Chris Isaak's Wicked Game - sounds really wicked. To me anyway.

I really like this track by Heather Nova. I'm a big Beatles fan and the music gives me strong "Beatles" vibes. I have it in one of my playlists and I listen to it several times a year.

Heather is hugely known for her biggest selling album Siren and the single London Rain and follow up Heart and Shoulder which was used often on US TV shows. She is incredible live and I've been blessed to have been multiple times here in England.

I love how the line "I feel you plant the seed" let's you know the double entendre in this song was completely on purpose. She wasn't a total one hit wonder, London Rain was another song of hers that got some decent airplay, and for a deep track, you should check out her song Sugar for some hard rock transitions.

Trey, I also haven't heard of this artist. This is a pretty good song. The song moves with a driving rhythm and you are right about the bass really standing out. A good melody and I agree that her vocals are well sung for this song. The lyrics are good. You made some good points in your insight on the meaning in the message. You are right, what is on the inside lasts longer than what's on the outside. You understand a lot about life as a young man.The Lord above has given you wisdom.
