I read this on Twitter, the guy could be Orpheus, he was one of the few people who was able to get past Cerberus. He played a melody with his lyre that it lulled Cerberus to sleep. So in the last shot we can see that they played music, so maybe that's why they end up asleep. I don't know I found this explanation pretty good.
Woah! I just had an idea: maybe since they are Cerberus they were actualy guarding the place, that guy with working clothes seems to be looking for something in his phone. It's a bit distorted but that guy could be Hercules, he is free by the near end and takes them out in the end "pacificaly", but they don't seem hurt or in danger. Kerberos is the original greek pronunce, aparently is the same in korean as well. In my language we pronunce it as Cérbero.

That's what I get out of it too. I really like how the music and video work so well together, and Kino said that's because they wrote the song with the video producer (I think, I might be misremembering what he said, but something like that).
