[Full Disclosure: I’m a Pats fan; but I think my comments are reasonably objective.] The key point of concern for the Jets shouldn’t be Darnold’s ghosts, or even his interceptions. The Patriots defense has been playing lights out this year (and has put up more defensive points than their opponents offenses have). This was always going to be a low scoring game for the Jets. The concern point is that the Jets allowed 33 points to a very average Patriots offense. A 10-0 or 14-3 Jets loss would have been reasonable and a grudging point of hope. But giving up 33 points puts the Jets at the level of Miami and Washington. Sorry guys!

Since 1970 the jets have won the division two times! Twice in 48 years. The NFL should make it a rule that if a team doesn’t win the division in 10 the ownership has to put it up for sale.
