You'll really notice how the girls have grown music-wise but also remained true to their bubble gum roots once you start to deep dive. Most if not all Twice songs have serious or sad lyrics but are done in a way that is still cheerful or "dancy". As one guide said, "To listen to TWICE songs is like going thru a girl's journey of looking for love, finding love, losing love, being angry and then finding themselves at the end". Years and maturation is how they got here lol. And dedication to their music is how we got so much variety and depth in their discography. Unrivaled. No other female group can touch their legacy. I don’t care who you like. The depth and breadth of their discography is unreal.

Nayeon (pronounced Nigh-yeon) was my first bias, then Mina, and now Jeongyeon. It's hard to settle on one. Lately, Jihyo has been bias-wrecking me hard! Just a little background on the one sign on the theater. TWICE is called TWICE, because they will charm you twice, "Once through the ears and Once through the eyes."
Sync like that you master being together and working hard consistently for 8 years. Yes, Nayeon usually the first bias, then as you get to know them more, it would be impossible to pick a bias. You don’t usually see groups go from TT to Set Me Free due to short group life spans that would start when idols are really young (ie. 16) then conclude 7 years later at best. Twice has never slowed down as well. That’s why they were able to do as much concepts as conceivable, and have allowed themselves to mature naturally. You still have time before they go on tour in the US. Watch some of their concert clips, it will change your life! They are even better live and on stage!
Momo is a sub rapper. That said, they’ve all been experimenting and the positions have begun to blur. They still mostly have their primary roles but they’re flexible and want to try new things

Yeah Nayeon was my bias when I discovered them back in 2015.. But changed quickly to Sana. MOMO Being bias breaker. Lol everytime I watch one of your videos with them you have so many questions and very confused. A guide would help you so much right now lol

during your free time, I definitely suggest reacting to their music videos in chronological order as it starts to make sense how all the themes and concepts start to grow and change since they're getting older. from "Like Ooh-ahh" (Debut) until "Yes or Yes" is basically their "cute" era - a lot of school concepts and bubblegum pop from "Fancy" and onwards from that is their "mature" era - a lot of experimental sounds in their songs from "Alcohol-Free" until "Scientist" is when they kinda start going back to a bit more tame concepts - lighter toned songs, a lot english tracks "Talk that Talk" until their recent songs is where they start the more "sexy" and "edgy" era - more rock and deeper tones Fun Fact: Jihyo also mentioned in an interview how she no longer feels too comfortable performing their cuter songs as she believes they have grown out of them and wishes to not do cute concepts anymore.
I definitely plan on doing a deep dive of Twice with their MVs in chronological order! I want to see the organic journey they have done with their music! :)
You can watch any of the guides. But my personal opinion is to watch the newest guide for Twice for 2022 or 2023 can't remember the year but it's the latest one. It's about an hour but worth it. It really breaks down each member really well
Ah, watching you discover them is truly amazing. Wish I could get that kind of feeling again, but hey! It gets easier to follow/keep up with them when you get to know the members. Just a quick note, take guide/funny videos slow lol. They are 9 and they can be hella chaotic sometimes. You get used to it tho, so don't worry about it, you'll stop getting confused eventually. If you like rocky vibe songs, the gems are on their b-sides.. Songs suggestion would be 'Blame It On Me' 'Queen of Hearts' 'Gone' 'Cactus' 'Crazy Stupid Love' and 'Touchdown'.. Just an FYI as well, some TWICE members are quite close with some G-Idle members.. Sana with Miyeon, Tzuyu with Shuhua, Jihyo & Mina with Minnie.. 🥰
My bias is all of them... LoL because they're all so much fun but I tend to like Jeongyeon best most of the time because she makes me laugh most but Sana has that beautiful smile

Nayeon is my bias too! I love her, she is so beautiful and cheerful. You should hear her mini album, she even have a videoclip. I think you're gonna love it
First, you do not choose your bias, your bias chooses you. Second, I feel like a lot of people start out with Nayeon as their bias, but as they get to know the different personalities of the members, it can change. I started out with Nayeon, but as I got to know them, I ended up with Dahyun.
