I swear, this woman is the literal definition of “on a dime”. I have never seen someone able to instantly go from happy to sad, crying to smiling as quickly and sharply as her. I have to admit that it is impressive. It almost seems unreal, like a robot or machine. You may get embarrassed about it, but don’t be. It’s a very unique trait.
Is it that or is she relating this to what these moments mean in her life? She did say that this is her favorite movie and she relates to the journey. After all life is truly a roller-coaster of emotions.
Fun fact: Rachel worked for Disney World as Ariel in a live show. She says in the BTS for this video that she sang 'Part of Your World' 7 times a day, 5 days a week for 5 years. In that time, she sang that song over 9,000 times.
Ok for us OG Disney fans listening to this Medley is like watching the entire movie and still evoke the same feelings as if watching it for the first time with a smoldering twist. That is what we se in your reaction to this. I react almost the same way everytime.
Oh my god, what a pure soul for real T°T!! I frankly appreciate your genuine emotions, your reaction was really communicative. Imo you should never change that part of you (but you do you, I'm no one to tell you whatever)ˆˆ You're a little bubble of pure light and I'm so glad I've come across your reaction video, wish you the best!
I’ve been meaning to watch this video on VP’s channel, but haven’t got caught up on everything from everyone I follow. So glad I saved it and watched it here! Don’t worry about getting emotional! I remember watching this with my daughter when she was young and this is one I loved! This was really good! They usually do get a whole story in when they do movie medleys. I love VP!!
I love to listen to your laugh. It is so unique and special. Don't be embarrassed about showing emotion, if we all were able to do that think of how much nicer a world we would live in.
I'm not an english speaker, and is not easy to me to write what i want to express. But the idea is that your reactions make me smile, make me laughg, and sometimes put tears in my eyes. And this is much more than any other thing does. Keep on doing your great job, and making us feeling good.
You are absolutely beautiful! You smile down at the screen while watching one of these, and it's like the room lit up around me (or maybe it was just my heart). It hurts me to think of you as having a rough time in your younger years being, as you put it, an outsider. I don't think I ever treated anyone shabbily in that way (at least, I never intended to), but I see wonderful people with gorgeous souls like yourself speaking about it, and I always wonder if I did enough to counter that and make them feel included and validated. Anyone who ever failed to recognize your beauty and chose instead to focus on petty attacks had only themselves to blame, because none of that was in any way your fault. I watch your videos, and over 90% of the time I'm not looking at the video you're reviewing, my eyes are glued to you! Every small nuance of your amazing expressiveness, including those million-dollar smiles, is like its own little dopamine rush. You are truly our drug of choice, pretty lady! Thank you for your sweetness, your openness and your honesty. You really are beautiful!
The ultimate compliment you can give a singer is to be in tears and laughing at the same time. When I saw that in the audience I knew I'd accomplished my goal. Nothing makes an artist fell better than to share that moment!
My middle daughter's name was Ariel. Everyone thought we named her after Ariel in this Disney movie, but that wasn't the case. It's a Hebrew name that means "Lion of God." She was born with severe medical issues, including a severely curved spine (scoliosis) that, as she grew, was crushing her lungs. This was called "restrictive lung disease." As it turns out, however, her two favorite shows were Curious George and The Little Mermaid. She passed at the age of six (6) in February of 2015. I still always think of her when I see or hear anything related to The Little Mermaid, though.
I've seen many reactions to this but yours was the best. I loved the emotions you showed, and watched you more than the video. Such an honest indearing reaction. Loved it.
Wow just wanted to say thank you 😊, your reaction, no your complete joy of watching this video made me smile, and thank you, I'll be subscribing to your channel
Just want to say despite people possibly pushing you to the edge in early life these days you are "part of our world" p.s. thank you for wearing your emotions on your sleeve, so honest and i will consistently watch your reactions!!!!!
I love your reaction! You're awesome! I like the Disney version over the original story! Because Disney has a happy ending to this story as the original has her love marrying another girl and she jumps back into the ocean then turns to sea foam! Very sad! Shawn 🎼😦💙🦋🐾🐈
My husband suggested I check out your reaction as he knows I recently discovered Voiceplay and am now obsessed by them. I absolutely loved your reaction; it was so natural & I could feel how much you were enjoying it. I have now subscribed and I notice you've done many Voiceplay reactions so I'm looking forward to watching them all! As the proud owner of 3 cats, I hope your bikes are ok 😁 Also, as many others have suggested, please do Geoff's new song, Blackbird.
By the gods... I got used to listening and watching, with you I was EXPERIENCING. You laugh - I laugh, you cry - I... I do not! Of course I don't! Well maybe a little... maybe a lot xD your emotions are so strong and sincer I started to look for my suitcase because of automatic reaction: gonna hug her ASAP xD Whaaaaat they just did here?! Amazing work *.*
Ursula-Geoff? That threw me a bit. But an imaginative retelling/ short-story version for sure. Not sure anyone who hasn't seen the movie or read the story would get it, but entertaining still. Love your reaction. Hope the kitty/kitties are alright and didn't get tangled up in the falling bike/s. See you next time. TTFN
@@Jbluez1 Yeah, the peril of being the bass, I suppose. Why the bass is always the bad guy/gal I'll never know. Usually a bass is like a heavy-set fellow, jolly and kind. I guess, a deep voice just portrays scary better?
Great reaction! You look lovely! And your reaction is so genuine! Your hair is always so cool, wish I could color mine. And your makeup is always fantastic! I hope those nose-rings don’t make it too hard to cry! I agree the snail was a bit creepy, LOL! But I fell deeper (heh) in love with Geoff in this, even though I’ll be honest, he spooked me a little bit as Ursula. Side note: (heh, again) I love your rose gold headphones. Would you recommend them? If so, what is their brand?
I love your reactions to the performance. Also I wanted to say I love your eye makeup it is always amazing. If you want to really experience the feels for The Little Mermaid look up the original story. Just look it up on wikipedia.
God dammit... clicked on the vid coz I like Voice Play and saw your cool green hair, then you got me tearing up coz I get sad when girls cry. Emotional roller coaster.
ok this is the first time hearing this and as i have said many times i wish a girl would sing with voice play and home free and wow amasin love it now to go find the other song she sang with them
Aww your reaction was so genuine and awesome! And I agree with all the comments: you gotta react to Geoff's Blackbird cover, it had me crying, so beautiful.
Strolling the YT vids, checking this and that out, ooh VoicePlay oogie boogie, great fun, but I'm not watching Little Mermaid. I'm just not! I'm a man. I'm too old, I will not watch it Sam I am! Now watching Deadgrl react to this song for the fourth time in a little under a year, and crying like a baby. ("a hungry angry baby") It's so good, she's so cool, I'm a fool!
tbh sometimes it feels like I'm wearing lil' shelves on my eyes, but now that I wear such big lashes I don't feel like a look is complete without them. I'm a cosmetician so I wear them for 8hrs a day at work and taking them off is the BEST feeling!
I watch your reactions all the time. Love them If you didn't watch the show Crazy Ex-Girlfrined, I would fucking ADORE it so, so, so much if you watched the songs out of context. They are still so fucking amazing. Here's a few I think are some of the best to start with in no special order. I know gave A LOT of chpice examples but there's over 150 total songs so it's so hard to choose just 2 or 3.
