Hello chickadees and chickadudes. My name is Kim, and I have lost more than 100 pounds with Weight Watchers. I quit WW over the summer because I was struggling on the personal points program. BUT, I'm back on Weight Watchers after a five-month hiatus. I get 23 points a day and 21 weeklies.
In today's video, I share my first day back on Weight Watchers and everything I ate.
Watch to see if I stayed in my points!

First, I LOVE your sweater! It looks amazing on you. Second, I 100% agree that some plans are more of a lifestyle and some are more of a diet. I am continuing with what I was doing on PP but am adjusting the app to take that into account. Good luck on the next few weeks of your journey.

Well I've been a bit disappointed but trying to keep pushing on. First week of new plan I lost 2.8 2nd week gained .8 and this last week 1.6 , really disappointed. My points went from 17-23 and I started to do what WW recommends and added some weeklies. I feel like to much to soon. I'm going back down to 17-20 points. I struggled the whole year trying to lose on PP and only lost 10 lbs for the year of PP. Enough of me! You look great in that color. Love the sweater! Love your channel too.

I'm gearing up to return to WW after the new year, so it's helpful to hear how your first week went. I totally agree that planning ahead and keeping low-point food in the house is critical. I'm struggling right now...Christmas cookies and treats are my nemesis. Thanks for sharing how things are going for you!

Thank you for sharing your journey! The weight flactuates so much each week. I’ll wait 3-4 weeks and be consistent before I know if the plan works. For me eating pizza or other caloric dense foods always results in gaining weight over time. In your case wait until the post op swelling is gone… Wishing you a complete recovery and good luck! ❤🌷

Hi Kim. You look very pretty today. Im in same place, trying to motivate myself again. I lost weight on Blue, tracked religiously for 18 mos. It was fun to lose. Then I got lazy about tracking, and the plan changed. I stopped losing and have gained some ( not all) of my weight back. Ugh. I like the way you emphasized what you did right. My last weigh in was also “ neutral”. Glad you are safely through your procedures. Be kind to your body. Ive heard it takes awhile after abdominal surgery to heal. Im sure that your recovery and the anesthesia are slowing any big weight loss. Good luck navigating all those social events. You can do it!

Just FYI Kim, you are probably going to have some fluid and swelling which affects your weight for about 2 months. I did when I had mine, but when that goes away so will the pounds. Just hang in there you look great.

You don’t look like you need to lose weight at all. You’ve done a great job.

Hi Kim, please can you tell me which WW programmes you think were the best - you mentioned best for lifestyle etc. I have rejoined and cannot get into it. I have done it in the past and am thinking of going back to look for old plans to follow. Thanks x
