So sorry about your mom.i lost my Dad about 5 years ago.and I just lost my husband on March 6 because of the grief of losing my husband my whole focus has changed I have done weight watchers I have done slim fast nutri system lite life .alot of weight loss things before I loved to eat and shop now I am paying off bills and I don't even feel like eating I go 16 hrs some times and don't eat where before I constantly had food on my mind.love your story
Ya’ll would have loved Weight Watchers from Points Plus back. They were organized, simple and structured. I just don’t know what went wrong after that.
Thanks for sharing the pancake recipe. My vanilla protein powder is made from sprouted grains but I had nrver thought of making pop pancakes with it. I'm excited to try it! Thanks!
I went to Weight watchers many years ago when the plan was quite simple where you had so many selections from each food group We all lost weight on that program quite well without the focus on calories points and other things Now I am doing a rather loose version of the ketogenic diet and is working really well for me I enjoyed the old version of Weight watchers and I am glad that I went because it gave me structure when I was just all over the place But it was not necessary in the long-term and now that I know a lot about food I can just make wise choices without having to think about it
Excellent vlog! Thank you. I have lost 106 pounds in the past 17 months eating a ketogenic diet. However in the past couple of months even following the diet very strictly I stalled and wasn’t losing at all. I still have 60 pounds to go so I decided to go back on Weight Watchers. I am eating low-ish carbs, but nowhere near the less than 20 grams I was eating on keto. The freedom of having 1/2 cup of rice, or beans (which I craved all the time while on keto), or potatoes, all in very small quantities has just been amazing! I am trying to stay to under 100 grams of carbs at the most, and usually I eat 50 grams or under. I’m only at 2 weeks, but after months of not losing any weight on keto, I lost 5 pounds my first week on WW, 3 pounds week two. I’m really happy, and I am finding it easy, certainly easier than keto. Lower carbs is still better for me, (I am a 64 year old diabetic), but the choice is mine. If I want a little more carbs, I can have them without “cheating”! Anyway, thanks again for this content. I subscribed and am looking forward to checking out more of your content. 😊
WARNING !!! I signed up for WW in OCT. I called to cancel my 12 month subscription tonight and was told NO! I am LOCKED in until Oct 2024. I will be billed until then with no out at all. WARNING!!!
I’m doing it right now. It’s really pretty easy. I use my dailies to track beef and pork, fats and oils, etc. I use the zero point veggies and protein but I only eat until I’m satisfied
Muscle building causes water retention. You likely gained a little muscle, had a fair deal of water retention, and may have even lost some fat in the process. It really is positive to add strength training so good for you! I just began my strength training (first ever in 50 years) journey 16 days ago.
I'm 242lbs right now and started my WL journey. I know I will have loose skin... even if you're shy about it... you're an inspiration. Thabk you for the encouragement ❤️
Kim, just wondering when you will have another video out. It's been quite a while since your last one. I really love your videos...wish you had a daily one.
Thank you for showing it. I have it, too. No, no matter how much you strength train it doesn’t completely go away. I also thought that if I lost enough weight it would also go away.😂That’s not true either.
I love your boys in the background 😂. I miss mine at that age. We had so much fun. They are grown and I have 2 in the military. Enjoy them ❤ they grow up so fast.
