That was interesting, I have seen Dr Scott Lynn before and he says humans are messy and find different ways of generating speed through different ways they use the ground and there is no standard formula and one swing suits all . It will be interesting to see how his advice works out, Although science is getting deeper into golf in many ways it is a black art because there is no standard way of doing things we are all different and what works for one person won't always work for the next.If this works it could lead to 160 mph club head speed.but you must be doing a lot right already to produce 155 mph club head speeds. one way or another you will find a way of improving there seems to be a considerable improvement trend going on with you and it does not look like it has hit a plateau yet..

I watched your video with the GOATA, Their concept should be on the outside of the foot, with your pressure on the big toe.. this contradicts them, and you’ll be inside ankle bone low

Charles, It looks to me the initial move left in transition is more of a gravity drop move than a muscular push, in pitching it feels more a gravity drift left than a muscular push.with the muscular activation initiated later in the movement when the drift left has created a position to leverage from by changing the angle of the right hip to right foot. I think Dr Scott Lynn's ribber band training can help Josh generate more horizontal force when the leverage position has been created by the initial gravity drift left but I am not totally convinced and sold that what Josh is doing now is not as good or better than trying to keep the pressure on the inside of the right foot at the top. But I feel there is a strong case that the rubber band training may well help Josh to get more horizontal push when the initial gravity drift has happened.
