Welcome! Today, I'm sharing two stacks of books: books I recommend for spring and books I would like to read for the first time this spring! Thank you for watching! 💛📚
I can wholeheartedly second most of these! Hinds Feet❤, Avonlea❤(or LMM in general), Laddie❤(or Gene Stratton Porter in general), Cheaper by the Dozen and Belles on their Toes ❤, & Across Five Aprils was poignant. I'm planning a couple I am very much looking forward to. Willa Cather's collected short stories, my first EDEN Southworth, Jungle stories of Tarzan, Picture books galore, and a reread of Wives and Daughters.
@@pylesofbooks The short story I just read is a great one to get an idea of what her writing is like. It’s available through project Gutenberg. The Enchanted Bluff
I would say that it is mostly aimed at moms of littles. However, I had my sister without kids read it, and she thought it was helpful even with work relationships, so I think it's pretty general. 🙂 I heard such mixed reviews about Hind's Feet, so I was glad to have enjoyed it!
