I'm a Kamala fan and I hate this death not because it's "sexist" or "racist" (I don't like throwing those around) I hate it because it's such a shitty death. Like, for one she doesn't even have shape-shifting powers anymore, and she dies in a dirty alley surrounded by strangers who they can't even bother having them shed a single tear. Then Marvel has the balls to treat it like it's some big event like the death of Wolverine with these memorial comics. Like, you can't give someone a Darkhawk death and then act like you're killing Iron Man, make up your minds.
They are just shitting on their readers. Why they put guys like wells in charge who is either so disconnected from the fans or intentionally wants to annoy fans is beyond me.
It is a s--tty death for Kamala in this issue, and it wasn't worth it even for MJ. And MJ, I hope this bullc--p was worth it; shafting your boyfriend into a c--khold role for a guy you barely know, related to the murdererous a-hole who put you in another dimension, and two kids who were made by said murderous psycho for the sake just to get blinked out of existence.
This comic is laughable bad. While there are some good parts it comes few and far between. Paul is revealed as Rabbin in his world but having MJ compare him to Peter is just wrong. Peter uses his regrets and suffering to help people while Paul is just a cynical a**hole we saw that when he suggested he and MJ leave those kids behind. But the at least we know now the kids were illusions and this may push that turns Paul into the new Emissary and hopefully causes Peter and MJ get back together again. But I won't know for a while, I am going to take a break from ASM till December. Hopefully the story will advance by then because this whole Mystery Box style of writing is really frustrating. Say what you want about Nick Spencer I'd rather have a Slow Burn style of story then a Mystery Box.
Thank you for doing what is absolutely necessary to this comic that's exactly how everyone feels with this the series run if only we could do that to these freaking writers
This whole story sucks! Thank goodness I never bought a single issue of Wells's run. Were the orphans just a illusion? In your anger, you made Paul more powerful by turning him into the scribble man.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Well Done for getting rid of Paul by drawing Ink/ cover on every page. PS On the front cover. First ripped pages into pieces now this. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
So I’m just done with all marvel stuff until spiderman the xmen and basically every supe gets fixed. So no movies no comics and no shows. I’d recommend doing this and saving your money from the Disney+ subscriptions cause this run, sins of sinister and essentially the war with the eternals and the X-men have shown that marvel has no idea who these characters are. Just putting out fanfiction and crossovers that don’t match in the timeline cause they don’t read their own storyboard timelines.
So now Mary Jane has powers wow, I'm so glad I buy inpendent comic's, and older issues Spider-Man is my favorite characters, always has been since I was five years old but it's just a travesty what they have done to him, the woke and the me-too agenda and the gay agenda just ruin comics
I love the part when he said that she's not that much in the current issue, of Spider-Man number 26 Kamala Khan has never been a revelant character they've been trying so hard to make her so important by appealing to the younger audience that's the reason why she was created in the first place and she was also created based on her religion all her storylines was was all about her religion and not her she's does not have a personality they've been trying to make this person Revenant and it has not worked in there favor, it's the same way they've been trying to make Carol Danvers Revenant and she never has been
