Port vale fan here, you did the right thing Saturday and thankfully the media has picked up on it. And I hope it gains traction, we were in a similar situation a few years back….our teams are more than just football, it’s community too, I really hope you get this guy out soon and he sees what he’s doing to a good club that has great facilities and fan base.

I’m Oxford fan and been for long time We been in this situation before When kassan save the club as he bought the club for a £1 and save us but now he still takes money from the club Yes I agree wat ur guys doing and any fans does anything to save the club Hope it works and get him out before it gets to late

As a Pompey fan I know what your going through, waking up each day wondering what next! I am not sure I agree with stopping the game.......I under stand it......but there are other ways of getting the same attention. Not only did you stop the game, how many port vale fans made that trip? What sanctions will the EFL apply? How will it affect the players......if you loose your next game i'd say that's your answer! Having a crap owner is tough......I genuinely hope you get out of this even though you Reading fans came to Fratton Park during our struggles and waived 10.00 notes at us! Now 56, I marched in 1982 against the proposed Thames Valley Royals nonsense. Around 400 of us marched from town to Elm Park and it made a difference. Back then our attendances were between 3 to 4,000 and this was a small club. And we're going back there now thanks to appalling leadership and crazy misspending. But pitch invasions don't work. Yes I would have done it aged 15 but it'd be better not to go into the ground. Stand outside protesting then we don't add to the fines. There's also zero point complaining about unfairness. Life's unfair. Let's just look at Bury, Darlington, the clubs that have (pretty much) gone. The only way not to repeat them is to find a new buyer. Lots of people are working hard but the owner clearly no longer cares. Meanwhile it's not inconceivable that we might have to start all over again maybe borrowing a ground like Wokingham. So we need to get focused.

Derby County fan here. I know how it feels to be on the brink, but I'm not making it about us. No club should EVER have to go through this, and the sheer amount of people here in the comments talking about their clubs going through things like this shows how poor the EFL's fit and proper tests are. It looks bleak, but keep fighting and this mess will end. FUCK THE EFL

I agree Dai Yongge should sell the club, and I hope he does. Reading was my boyhood team. But is “And fuck off home” necessary? Seems to have other more sinister implications.

We've done everything we can and this was the last resort ,hopefully this will make the efl do something about this shitty owner who does not care about the club ,thanks port Vale fans and sorry for your day was ruined but we have to do this and this is not just us any club this could happen too so efl do your job

Well done to you and all the others who have the balls and care enough to fight for the club. It is a disgrace who the EFL allow to own football clubs. This has happened now at clubs like Orient, Charlton, Blackpool and Coventry. When will it end? The EFL are a joke, football needs root and branch reform in its administration.
