@@TheNWClassA1218 Those are NPCUs. The only way a F40PH can still be functional is on either a Commuter Railroad or a Heritage Railroad/Museum. Grand Canyon Railroad has some F40PHRs in preservation. I say F40PHR because they were built from SDP40F Parts.
Back then: Railroads are the nostalgic to see colorful, fleet, sleek steel of giants of the rails: It’s sad to see that it wasn’t the same anymore. No graffiti, just a sweet, got greatest manufactured, like Budd Company, ALCO, General Motors, Electro-Motive, General Electric, and various companies that America should considers to bring back our modern day. No mass highways, built tracks, and make MORE trains.👓🇺🇸🗽
