What you said about being productive is so relatable. I get so angry with myself when I think I wasn’t productive that day even though, most of the time, I was. I’m learning it’s okay to be lazy sometimes and that it’s necessary to take time for yourself.

I loved the cat tour! The way Ugly is with being held, I can relate to that. My cats don't like to be held as well, but that is all I want to do, just give them a big hug! I am starting Wicked Fox today, I am lowering my expectations after hearing your thoughts.

My skincare revolves around Lush products 😂 I use Imperialis moisturiser - really light and soothing. I also swear by Oaty Dream Cream 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Also - you look like absolute princess in that green dress!

Girlllll I use the same aveno foam face wash it’s been great for my skin I’ve been using it for the past 4 months or so and i really helps prevent acne for me

The cat tour was EVERYTHING. I'm also reading Wicked Fox for the Bookmarked bookclub so we'll see what I think of it lol. I just finished my 4th book aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

Also a toner with witch hazel is great for gently clearing up your skin. I use the toner and the moisturizer every night before bed and after every shower

I really love the brand Cerave for cleanser and moisturizer. I prefer their foaming cleanser over their hydrating cleanser, but they are both very gentle and pH balanced. The moisturizer of theirs I use is the Daily lotion. You get a lot and its cheap, plus it's full of ceramides and other great star ingredients for the skin. Very soothing and nurturing. I have a full skincare routine of about 12 steps when I do the full thing (that includes double cleansing and tret which I only use 3-4 times a month), but when I'm super lazy I can just use the daily lotion and still feel good.

I’m so into Reading Rush unfortunately for some reason I haven’t been able to sign up on the website as the verification email still hasn’t entered my inbox even after requesting a resend like 5 times 😢 maybe the fact that I am in the uk makes a difference who knows but I am still taking part to then hopefully post an entry on my blog at the end of the week! I wanted to share that so far I have finished all three of the The Paper Magician series as a part of the book you wanted to read last year prompt, to be honest I’m not really focusing on the prompts so much I’m just reading whatever takes my fancy at the time thanks to your recommendations however I have now begun the Illuminae series and am so excited to continue! this is so off topic, BUT. Starfish have mouths in the middle of their bodies. MERMAIDS USE THEM AS BRAS.

My favorite night cream is Origins High-Potency Night-a-Mins Resurfacing cream! For serums, I love Drunk Elephant's Framboos glycolic night serum soooo much but das expensive! I switch between that and The Ordinary's Granactive Retinoid 2% in Squalane. Both are really good for making your skin look bright and beautiful and they both help with acne and texture. If you're on a budget, check out The Ordinary's website, they have in depth descriptions of all their products and sample regimens to follow. Drunk Elephant is so expensive, but if don't mind spending the money, I know that you will love that brand too! One last thing: SPF on your face every. single. day. The sun makes you age and causes cancer, so best to be prepared in advanced! Love you girly girl!

I just started using toner and it helps out my skin a lot. It's a mixture of witch hazel, lemon juice, and a dash of unfiltered apple cider vinegar. If you ever have issues with acne flare ups, it might help 💜

Honestly the highlight of my day ❤️

Usually foaming is not the way to go, it's not the best face wash you can get. Look for a one specifically for dry skin cause it's very easy to dry out your skin with face washes. Also face sheet masks are not masks, they're just serums which can be good but look for masks too! Use toners! They're really good and they're moisturize UNDER the outer layer of your skin which is great cause usually the skin under can be dry without you even realizing it (which can make you over produce oil). Use toners after face wash and then use heavier creams over it (if you use serums use that after toner and then heavier creams). The rule is to always use the lighter stuff before the heavier stuff. If you want to use oil use that after your face cream (or use oil instead of face cream if it gets too much) because as soon as you put oil on your face your skin wont take in anything you put on the oil product. Face creams are very personal though. I'd suggest you check out cassandra bankson cause shes a dermatologist and she has videos on everything you need to know. Hope this helps!

I finished my first book last night which was Wicked Fox. I ended up giving it three stars. I honestly enjoyed it but I was so confused about so many things that I couldn't rate it higher.

Kheil’s is actually a pretty wonderful skincare brand. I will say that their products tend to work better with each other rather than products from other brands but that’s true of most skin care lines

So far I’ve only finished one book, The Night Circus. I’m so glad I finally read it but I’m looking forward to finishing a few more books for the reading rush

For a moisturizer use Neutrogena hydro boost gel!!!! I used to use the khiels one (I have dry skin!) and this Neutrogena product was a game changer. Btw, I am not a fan of other Neutrogena products other than this moisturizer and their hydro boost exfoliator
