On a 25-acre tract of land, outside of Reading, PA, you'll find an amazing group of people who make up the Reading Society of Model Engineers (RSME). The RSME operates, among other things, the Laurel Run Railroad - a 15" gauge live steam railroad that loops and turns through the hills of Berks County. I made a visit to the RSME for their Frosty Run event, on November 27, 2021, to film and ride behind their recently-repaired 4-4-0 #20 steam locomotive. But that's not all the RSME has to offer!! In this video, we'll take a quick look at the RSME as a whole - and hopefully you'll come out to visit during one of their open houses or run days in the near future!
