The holidays were different this year but I’m proud to say I was able to stay sober, continue my healing, while doing my best to stay positive. I’m so sad my boyfriend couldn’t be here. Going on vacation without him feels so weird, he should still be here 🥺
Enjoy this video of me and my family hiking Sara’s Crack in Lake Havasu, Arizona! I was not aware that we would be climbing up and down ropes and ladders. It was an adrenaline rush for sure! We made it to the crack and it was such a beautiful and fun experience! Would recommend checking this out if you are ever in this area.

Think about you daily Leah. You really are doing well. The thing that sucks most about grieving is the time it takes to process all the stages. Some days will be harder than others. Healing doesn't mean you have forgotten about that person. It doesn't mean you don't miss them. Some people feel guilty when they are healing plz dont. I put it this way: would Luke want you to still enjoy life, how would you want others to feel if you were gone? Most would say I want my loved ones to laugh, love and live. Hang in there Leah and know you have people praying and supporting you ❤

I’m feeling better physically and have been gaining my appetite back slowly. I gained a few pounds while I was in Arizona! I’d love to come back in the summer 🤍

Yes, stay sober! It doesn’t hurt to have a friendly reminder. I know I need it sometimes too! And yes, the holidays were so different this year..

I’m glad I could share my adventures with everyone! Will be heading to Mexico in about a month to visit Lucas’s mom. I’m so excited and need another vacation but this time somewhere that’s warm 😂

These vlogs seem to help u talk about what u are going thru. I remember going on trips with big expectations and then getting there and just like you still missing my person. It is that feeling like u left one of your arms some place and need to go get it. All I can tell you is it took me many years to get over that man but I did. Much love Leah.

I definitely had big expectations from this trip. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. For once today I felt at peace from this nightmare as a beautiful sunset appeared out of nowhere while it was snowing 🤍
