I like your vibe oooo....I will be going into ready to wear soonest.. I love listening to you cause you encourage me...please be uploading your tutorials often I like how u teach and speak
So today I got to know I’ve been doing Made to wear and not RTW. I’m truly glad to learn and expand my horizon. Thank you so much for shedding so much light on this topic. I really got value and enlightenment. God bless you❤.
The video pretty good and educative 👍, thank you 😊 and also in some cases both RTW and MTW can be interwoven having learned the advantages and cons of the two business. And also in some situation where by the buyer sent in the style and the fabrics will fall into what.
This was truly informative. Thank you for shedding light on the Made to Order business model. There is a lot of info about the ready-to-wear business model here on RU-vid but not a lot on the Made to Order model. I think the model is more convenient for those of us just starting out. I hope you'll be sharing more in-depth videos on this topic.
Thanks for this video. I have a clothing line already for about 4years now. Though it's been off and on. With this video I have a better understanding now. RTW actually require lots of funds. Speaking from experience I have fabrics (FABRICS)😆 Just Sleeping in my room. But I think the MTW is the model I have been doing unknowingly. I prefer it please. I love your channel, you really teach the most important things about this fashion business. Weldone.
I'm confused, i was going for ready to wear until i watched this but my issue is marketing, i like the made to wear idea but as a first timer that will be outsourcing, how many designs is adviceable i was thinking i need lots of design for marketing
2 to 3 is advisable. Test the market, see how they respond to your designs. Ask for feedback on other designs they'll like from you as well. All the best.🧡
This is quite timely for me. I'm considering going into made to wear business. I have a better understanding of the difference between the two models. Thank you for teaching us about the business aspect of tailoring.♥️♥️
I'm so glad i came across your video I'm planning on starting out in this business. I watched the video you made on 5 outfits to start out with and this video was recommended to me, infact I am so excited about this clarity on the RTW and MTW business models. Thank you 😊🙏
You are such a wonderful teacher, I had to subscribe, please do a video teaching about types of fabrics. I’m a beginner base to n Mali but they keep calling all fabric tissues so I want to know about fabrics thanks.
Oh I just realized I’ve been using the RTW instead of MTW for my business 😂 thanks for making me understand the difference. I love love this video, you’re too good at what you do.
Thanks so much ma'am Please how do i charge the buyer if I'm into MTW? Do i give them the fabric cost differently or fabric plus workmanship? Please advise
Thanks so much for this, really like your vibes. God bless you. Please what app do you use for the collage frame? Anticipating a quick response. Thanks.
Thanks for this, I will be using the made to wear, I am starting out very soon... I love you sis, and I appreciate how you talk, you talk softly with impact.. Kip it up ma
I'm super happy i came across this video...i want to start a ready-to-wear business but had lots of fears and all, and this video came at a right time. Just subscribed and will definitely put on the notifications bells. And your tutorials are really helpful too. Thank you 😊❤❤
Good morning ma, Went through all your contents and it's just what I have been waiting and looking for, because I am a bout to start my own fashion business and I popped into your 5dresses to start with, humm I'm so convinced with what I wanted to do, so please how can I join your online classes.. Thank you
Wonderful tips. Very rich content and a new perspective to how to handle my fashion biz startup. I'm looking forward to the size chart video you spoke about previously too.
I love this I'm trying to go in RTW Please i need ur help on something I need mst of how to take shoulder to bust, waist and hips for different sizes of ladies
Thank you for the explanation. I have one question. With made to wear, do you add wearing allowances eg if bust is 40 inches you ad 1 inch or you don't add any allowance for ease?
Your video just came in with my scissors in hand and fabrics in front. I'm a one woman designer and I am starting my made to order collection tomorrow. Any tips?
Wow This is informative Thank you so much ma’am 🙏I have clear understanding of the two models. Am going into made to wear .Please ma I want to ask Making outfits in a sample design for display can it be made with a pattern paper or a fabric
You're welcome.🧡 You can use a pattern or freehand method to make your sample. It all depends on the style. Loose fitting outfits can be done with freehand if you wish.
