Rinちゃんに作ってもらってメンバーみんなで食べてほしい我が家の夏バテ防止おかずです。 冷蔵庫保存で４、５日持ちます。熱い白米と一緒にお召し上がりください。 材料 豚バラ300ｇ レタス適量好きなだけ タマネギ適量好きなだけ トマト適量好きなだけ ① 豚バラを湯煎し、引き上げ熱いうちに塩コショウをする ② ソースを作成。ケチャップ1カップ（300㏄くらい）、ウスターソース50㏄、オリーブオイル50㏄（サラダ油でもOK）を混ぜる※材料の量によりソースも変化 ③ レタスはちぎって（包丁で切ってもOK)一口大に（やや大きめでもOK） ④ タマネギはスライス（生です） ⑤ トマトは太目にスライスカット ⑥ タッパーにレタス、タマネギ、トマト、冷ました豚肉をミルフィーユ状に重ねていく ⑦ 最後にソースを上からかけて冷蔵庫で冷やす ⑧ ソースが絡むのに半日以上冷蔵庫に入れておく ⑨ 食べるときに上下かき混ぜてソースを絡めて食べる※あったかご飯と一緒に食べてください。
