At the 2023 RISE Conference, Tamir Poleg announced the rollout of the REAL Wallet, Debit Card, and Credit Card for real estate agents.
When agents at REAL Broker receive income from REAL in the form of commissions, revenue share, stocks, joint ventures, etc., that money will be placed in the agent's REAL wallet where they can spend it using their debit card to earn points which will offset caps and fees at REAL.
Real estate agents at REAL Broker will also have access to a line of credit with the REAL Credit Card based on their past real estate performance, revenue share, and stocks in the company. The REAL Credit Card can use these assets as collateral for a line of credit.

Wow! Tamir & Co are full of surprises. You should make a video talking about any other new initiatives they announced at Rise 2023! Love seeing the video of Tamir speak - would love to see more footage from Rise 2023.

Thank you very much for your informative videos. Just want to correct one part. Their mortgage and title businesses are tiny and don’t add much to their bottom line. Besides, I’m not sure they’re profitable at all

Right now, yes, Both are maybe only available in 20% of the country and are quickly growing. Once both are available in all 50 states, probably in the next 12 months, then I think they will contribute a larger portion of the revenue.

first of all you close a deal the broker gets the wire.. second the broker pays the agent. third its illegal any other way as per state law in all 50 states.

So we don't know yet what bank they partnered with but this is essentially a bank account. Just like when we earn stock now, it goes into our Charles Schwab account. This is not very different than retail stores like Kohls, Target, Amazon, and Best Buy all have their own credit cards and give points and cashback to their customers for using them.

I think so! Honestly, I don't know why no one has done this before already. Hell, best buy, walmart, Kohls, they all have credit cards where their customers can earn points. It only makes sense for a brokerage to have one as well.
